Dr. Donna Y. Lee graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry in 1994. After a year of hospital residency in New York, she relocated to Minneapolis to join Heritage Dental Centers.
She believes in continuing education to provide her patients with the best care possible. Dr. Lee has invested many hours in post-graduate classes including aesthetic dentistry, implantology & Invisalign. Dr. Lee provides multiple treatment options that fit your needs, allowing you to choose the one that's best for your lifestyle and budget.
Dr. Ryan Anderson was raised in Rochester, MN. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1996 and subsequently the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2002. He joined Heritage Dental in 2005.
After graduating in 1997, Dr. Rieke did a general practice residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. He then returned to school and received an advanced degree in Periodontology. He now works at several different offices including Heritage Dental Centers. He is a past clinical instructor at Hennepin County Medical Center.
Dr. Connie Y. Bao is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and did her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin Madison. She had returned to the badger state to start her dental career before joining Heritage Dental in 2018.
Dr. Bao has a passion for learning and actively seeks continuing education courses to provide the highest quality dental care to her patients. Amongst her list of services are Invisalign and implants. Under the influence of the many generations of educators in her family, she is always trying to elevate her patients dental IQ so a lifetime of optimal oral health can be achieved and maintained.
Though still a novice adventurer, Dr. Bao has so far scuba-dived in the Great Barrier Reef, survived an encounter with a monkey bandit in Chinas Emei Mountain, and explored Colorados Imogene Pass via UTV. She discovered an enjoyment for theater after being fortunate enough to view Phantom of the Opera in Her Majestys Theater, Les Misrables on Broadway, and La Traviata in the Sydney Opera House.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team has had extensive training, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Deb has been assisting patients with treatment plans, benefit questions, and financial options since 2007. The most satisfying part of her job is building relationships with patients and helping them. A Chicago transplant, Deb is now living in Plymouth with her husband, cat, and dog. She enjoys golfing, volleyball, bowling, and crossword puzzles.
For over three years, Barb has been working with patient accounts. She helps patients understand their pre-authorizations and sets up financial arrangements. Outside the practice, she enjoys going to the lake and taking winter vacations.
Kayla graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2001, and has been with Heritage Dental Centers since graduation. Kayla is married and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with family.
Meghan is a 2007 graduate of Ferris State University and has been with Heritage Dental since 2007. She was born and raised on a dairy farm in North Branch, Michigan. Meghan is married and lives with her husband and son in South Minneapolis. She enjoys spending time with her sisters and her friends.
Jessica is a 2003 graduate from the University of Minnesota Dental Hygiene program. She has been enjoying her job at Heritage Dental for over 10 years. She is married and has four children. Outside of the office she enjoys going on vacations with her family and doing projects around her house.
Michelle graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in dental hygiene. The following year she started working at Heritage Dental Centers. In her spare time she enjoys being with her husband and two young children, traveling, spending time at the lake and a variety of outdoor activities.
Nicole has been a member of the Heritage Dental team since 2004. She joined after getting her BS degree in dental hygiene from the University of Minnesota, class of 2004. Nicole and her husband enjoy skiing, boating, traveling, and being up north at the cabin in Hayward, WI. She loves being a mom to her two young children.
Christine is a 1987 graduate of the University of Minnesota Dental Hygiene program. With HDC since 2010, she enjoys working at both the New Hope and Brooklyn Park clinics. An Iron Range native, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, downhill skiing, reading, and visiting the city lakes.
LaDonna has been Dr. Andersons assistant since 2006. She graduated from MSB technical college in 2000, and worked at various clinics until finding her home with Heritage Dental. LaDonna is the Brooklyn Park OSHA compliance coordinator and radiation safety liason. LaDonna loves it here!
Linda is a veteran Dental Assistant, with over 25 years of experience. She graduated from Lakeland Academy (now Herzing University) in 1987, and joined our team in late 2013. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Chong has been a Dental Assistant for over ten years and have recently teamed with Heritage Dental Center in 2016. You will most likely catch her working side by side with Dr. Lee as her Dental Assistant. Her daily goal is to make sure her patients are comfortable, educated in the dental procedures, and that they walk out satisfied.In her free time, Chong enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and kids.

I have received excellent care for 10 years with Dr Rieke and Dr Anderson! They saved my teeth with good advice and excellent care! I highly recommend them!

I honestly love coming here. (Which is something I never thought I would say about a dentist). The staff is so friendly and remembers you. They are happy to see me everytime I come in and ask for updates on my life. I feel welcome and appreciated here. Thank you everyone.

I thought this place was great for the first couple of visits. But as I became a frequent visitor of this establishment, their wait times are incredibly slow (30 minute wait), although I already made an appointment. The front desk is not attentive to arriving customers. You'll make an appointment just to get it cancelled the day before.

Dr. Anderson and the dental hygienists are very nice and professional. I really hate going to the dentist but they explain things to you really well and make sure you're as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process.

I've had nothing but great care here. Almost always taken immediately back w/o a long wait. Vikki has always been kind to me and I've rescheduled many appointments. Hygienists are all great. They do a fine job.

Don't go here, staff unfriendly, unknowable and rude. I wouldn't trust them on which tooth paste to use let alone clean my teeth or anything else, move on guys

Every interaction we've had has been top notch! All of the staff and reception are incredibly welcoming and the service is fantastic. I would recommend Heritage Dental to anyone!

I would also agree that Vicki has terrible customer service skills. We just moved to the area and were looking for a new dentist, when i called to schedule an appointment, she was not welcoming at all. I ended up not scheduling simply because I did not appreciate the interaction I had with her. I will take my family of 6's dental business elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Heritage Dental Centers for over 30 years. I'm grateful for the care that they have given to my family and me over the years. While being professional, the staff is friendly and down to earth. I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful that I have a new dentist. The number one thing I did not like about coming here was Vicki at the front desk. Once I was late for an appointment on accident and she had a complete attitude. She always had a stuck up attitude in general. I can just remember her sitting on her cellphone and popping her gum. I would not recommend anyone to go here if you would like to be treated with respect.

My husband goes here and they constantly move his appointment around without letting him know first. He even took a day off work to get dental work done and when he showed up they told him he had the wrong day. This has happened more than once. My husband also made an appointment for my son and I, to have the appointments back to back since it was my son's first time so I can be there with him and when we arrived they changed it to where we would be both scheduled at the same time. That was my first and last time going here. There's so many other places that respect your time and have so much better customer service skills. The front desk girl can definitely improve on her professionalism also.
