Heritage Dental is a family owned and operated dental practice, proudly serving the Pottstown, Pennsylvania area. Our dentists, father/son/daughter team, David C. Weigle, DMD, Dalton Weigle, DMD, Madison Weigle, DMD, have over 30 years of combined dentistry experience and offer a full range of quality dental services from routine checkups to cosmetic procedures.
We strive to help our patients attain their highest level of oral health possible, both functionally and cosmetically, so they can live healthier, more comfortable lives. We recognize that our patients are individuals with different wants and needs, and we work to customize our patients oral health plans to achieve these goals.
It is our responsibility to share our understanding about the relationship between oral health and overall health. Our patients learn about the importance of dental health and its impact to their total body well-being.

We will accomplish this in different ways and at different paces with different people. We recognize that all of our patients are individuals with different wants and needs.
David C. Weigle, DMD, is a graduate of Albright College and Temple University School of Dentistry. He has been in private practice since 2000, after serving in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Commander in the Dental Corps for nine years.
Dr. Weigle is married to Michele and has 2 children, Dalton and Madison. While out of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and playing golf and tennis with his children.

After my dentist retired I needed a new one. I am very happy with Heritage. It worked out nicely as some of Dr. Weigle's employees also worked for my past dentist. So, they already know my teeth. They have treated me well and are a very professional and caring family owned business!

I was in the hospital the day before with extreme pain to the point where I was crying and my gf called her dentist for me... I have never been seen or taken care of before and they got in the next day (because I was still In a lot of pain after the hospital gave me another antibiotic that wasn't working) took me right back, solved the problem gently because I was still crying in pain and now I'm in day 2 of recovering. the pain isn't as bad but it hurts but it's finally healing and I can be happy!

I go to Heritage Dental office because they are knowledgeable professional and the office is well maintain. It is a peaceful office. If I need work done - I know in advance what it is going to cost me out of pocket. The office staff is very friendly kind and professional.

Warm friendly staff and Doctors! Very informative and professional. This was my first visit to Heritage Dental And a great one. Had exam, x-rays and cleaning the same day! Very pleased! Dr. Maddison found a hidden cavity that if left un repaired or removed would have caused me great pain in the immediate future, so glad my wife made this appointment. Thank you.

After many awful dental experiences, and while in the midst of another, I went here based on the good reviews & the fact they offer nitrous. I bawled my eyes out at my first appointment & told Dr Dalton all of my prior trauma, current fears & massive anxiety with dental work. He assured me he would heard & would take care of me. He said I needed a specialist to do my root canal, but that when I returned, he promised I would have nitrous for my procedure. After going to the endodontist he referred me to that performed an intense root canal (with no nitrous), I returned to be fitted for my crown. I was a nervous wreck, but he said it would be brief. 2 hours later & again no nitrous, I left in tears as it was another doctor who lied to me. I went back for my crown to be placed (of course no nitrous again) & I told him it didn't feel right, that something was still wrong because my tooth still hurt. He told me I would get used to it. I spent the summer in pain & afraid to go back. Finally I had my husband accompany me so I could go & not lose it. Luckily I didn't have to see him again, but rather his sister, newly added to the practice. I felt slight hope, only for her to check & say she couldn't see anything wrong & send me back to the endodontist. Within minutes of the endodontist testing me, he said I had a cracked tooth & needed an extraction. So after spending over half the year in pain, going thru all of these traumatic experiences (yet again), PAYING THEM, in the end I had to go to an oral surgeon to have my tooth extracted. I did not use their referral for a surgeon & I will never go back to them & I would never recommend them.

Always a pleasure getting a cleaning! Staff is friendly. Appointments are on or close to schedule. If delays, they will inform you up front. The dentist and his assistants are thorough and their attention to detail is superb. When processing your payment, the staff explains what is your responsibility and what insurance will reimburse you for. My overall experience was positive and would highly suggest them to anyone looking.
