Heritage is a very warm and caring clinic. Staff members Tanya and Rachel welcome you with s smile and make you feel comfortable. Tammy is a great hygienist and Dr Jane is a highly qualified Dentist who cares for her patients. I highly recommend.

Very impressed all the way around. I had a root canal done that was painless. The doctor even called me after hours to check up on me. Highly recommend!! Also the staff is honest and has great communication skills.

With Covid, I let some things slip a little bit. Dr. Ney has been the best dentist I have experienced in my life. The attention to detail, comfort and compassion are truly exceptional.

I had a root canal done yesterday and they previously numbed me before giving me the shot's. I have never had a dentist do such a great job with that, I never felt the shot's or the work being done. Dr Jane is so gentle and compassionate. She even called me later that night to check on me. As long as I live in the area I will never go to another dentist!

Let me start by saying the entire staff was cheerful, pleasant and professional, and I was completely satisfied with the dental care I received. That being said, a major billing mistake occurred, and it's handling by Dr. Ney was atrocious. I was told my out of pocket cost would be $144, and after I had the work done the receptionist asked me for $860! A portion of it was a miscommunication, and I felt responsible to pay the $444 because I had signed a document without inspecting it. That's on me, though I wish the receptionist would have enunciated better, and this whole situation could have been avoided. My inquiry with Dr. Ney regarding the balance is where the real problem arose. She immediately shifted responsibility for her staff's mistake to my pocketbook, and stated bluntly that unless I paid the difference, she would refuse further treatment. Before we agreed to part ways she said something that bothered me a great deal. She said "I don't value my teeth". I found that to be terribly condescending and judgemental, not to mention a blatantly manipulative statement. Let's be clear, when you're quoted a price, that's the price. A contractor can't quote you a price to build a home, then upon completion, hand you a bill twice the agreed upon price because they forgot to factor in the cost of electrical, plumbing, and a roof. They must approve all additional expenses with the client. I'm sure most of her customers have/will never share in my experience. But they all have the right to know how she'll behave if they do. I highly recommend for them, and any new prospective customers to take their business elsewhere.

Amy was awesome. I felt no pain or discomfort at all! The staff was very kind and friendly. I have never had a cleaning totally without pain. This is the best experience for a cleaning. Thank you so much!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to they are friendly and caring they make sure you are comfortable and calm. Never thought would say I love going to the dentist but they are fun. I would highly recommend Dr Jane Ney at Heritage Dental love it.

Dr.Jane and her staff are absolutely amazing! I get high anxiety at the dentist. And they all made valiant efforts to make me comfortable and calm as possible. And Dr.Jane called to check on me the next day after having two teeth removed. And they were exceptional with my 4 year old who now is asking to go back to the dentist

Went in to have a root canal done. I will say I have always been reluctant to have dental work done but I will say I do enjoy going to heritage I felt nothing while the work was done the whole staff is GREAT !! I couldn't ask for a better experience at the dentist. Again thank you all !!
