Financial:We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.
Dr. Kania graduated from University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland in 2016. She completed a general practice residency at Danbury Hospital, receiving advanced training in all aspects of dentistry. She worked in New Fairfield, CT prior to joining Dr. Hergott. Dr. Kania is a member of the ADA, CSDA, and local Meriden-Wallingford-Cheshire chapter dental society.
Donnahas been with Hergott Dental Associates since 1980. Prior to that, completed a dental assisting program in Milwaukee, WI. Donna is the billing accounts manager and the go to for insurance related questions. She enjoys working with people and always has the patients best interest in mind. She finds it very satisfying to see the benefit our office provides in achieving patients wellness. Donna has 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren that she loves to spend time with. She also enjoys exercise, both for fitness and fun!
Erikais the office manager and has been with Hergott Dental Associates since 2011. Erika has over 19 years of customer service experience and is an indispensable member of our office staff, making sure that all of the technology is up-to-date and running smoothly. When she is not at the office, she is spending time with her husband, family, and dog Behr.
Maureen Maureen joined the Hergott Dental Associates team in 2019. Maureen, a former dental assistant with over 20 years experience, is a wonderful addition to our administrative team. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, gardening and being with her friends & family.
Oliviahas been a dental assistant at Hergott Dental Associates since 2014. Olivia feels that the most important aspect of her job is making all of our patients feel relaxed and comfortable. She is very attentive to each patients individual needs. She contributes everyday to the warm and friendly atmosphere at our office. When Olivia is not in the office, she is usually on an adventure with her husband, Matt.
Connyhas been in the dental field for 35 years. She previously worked as a lab technician, and has come to our office bringing a wealth of skill and knowledge in this field. Conny is now assisting chair-side at Hergott Dental Associates.
Franciele Fran started at Hergott Dental Associates after graduating from Porter & Chester Institute in 2019. She loves working with patients to make sure they are comfortable and at ease before their dental procedures. When not at the office, Fran enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Max.

Sad to say I do not believe Dr. Hergott is human. He REALLY is that good. I lived in fear of dentists most of my life and am now paying for that mistake. But Dr. H has been simply a Godsend for me. His hands, tho they DO go in your mouth, are not even felt. Need an injection? Another of my greatest fears. With Dr. H you literally feel NOTHING. AND, as good as he is, you would expect at least a tad of aloofness or a sense of "hurry". NOPE. Not here. Seriously, if you have ANY need of dental work do yourself a favor and call his office. Thank me later. ALSO, I would be extremely remiss if I failed to mention his staff. He has surrounded himself with folks that are VERY much like him. It's like, if you did not KNOW you were at a dental office, you'd think you were sitting home in your living room! This practice has it all folks. Trust this old coward! A repost but still spot on. Why are YOU not yet one of his patients? He seriously is simply incredible.

Always a nice & pleasant visit at Dr. Hergott's office. This office takes every measure in patient care & patient safety especially now during this almost 2 years with COVID-19. Dr. Hergott graciously filled in for my regular dentist, as I had a chipped tooth and was concerned it would worsen quickly. Very friendly staff, immaculate office with a welcoming decor. Highly recommend!
