This is the most thorough dentist office I've ever been to and they are gentle and made sure I was ok and knew what was going on every step of the way, so thankful for them.

I lived in the area a long time and this is hands down the best dental office I've dealt with. I came here on a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't be more greatful to have found them. I can't say enough great things about this whole office. Dr. Heresi is absolutely my hero. He really goes above and beyond. Dr. C is fantastic as well. It's rare that I've found a dentist practice that has more than one dentist that you can count on. The entire support staff is fantastic, from the assistants to the receptionists, and everyone in between. They were all so kind, supportive, and patient. I'm so thankful to finally have a dentist office that I can trust. Highly recommend.

Such a great dental team! Preventive, professional and personable. Hugo did a great job cleaning and so knowledgable. Dr. Heresi is always great!!!

I have always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Dr. Heresi and his team made all the difference! They took me next day for a concern that I had and we so kind, friendly and un judgmental! Great practice I will definitely continue going to this practice and recommend them to others!

The receptionist, and doctors are great, quality of work is favorable. The only issue I have is with a dental assistant I believe she is, she seems to be Ethiopian. So my family are new patients, and I have took my 18 year old nephew there in which I have had custody of for 7 years and power of attorney over to make decisions on his behalf due to an intellectual disability. So I check in my nephew, he goes to the back for an exam and cleaning, the assistant informs the receptionist that she is about to do an extraction on him and the receptionist said I just wanted to inform you and then the assistant walks away and says he us 18 years old he has his own consent after I gave my consent. I mentioned to the receptionist that I have legal power of attorney over his medical and financial decisions because he doesn't comprehend, hence why I made the appointment for him and used the insurance that I an the responsible party for. I proceed to sit down and wait for him, he comes out, then the assistant comes out and says his appointment is to be set for Wednesday for a fill. The receptionist ask can I do Wednesday and the assistant says "he said he can come in on Wednesday ". Then the lovely receptionist mentioned but this is his aunt and his ride here. Not only am I his aunt ,but I am his legal representative, caretaker and guardian, and his availability is subject to my availability in addition to him still being in high school. Suppose the receptionist didn't choose to disclose to me his next appointment for Wednesday and I would've been charged a no-show fee for an appointment I wouldn't know about or could make.Respect my position and learn about P.O.A. rights or walk away and finish your work.

There are a lot of good things about this place that I love it like nice and helpful people. Dr. Heresi is a very professional and explain everything very clear. They are taken care of the patients very fast and you don't have to wait anther 2 or 3 months for your next appointment.

Dr. Chung is an excellent dentist. He is highly dedicated to his patients to reserve your natural teeth where all possible. Very gentle when working on my teeth. He provides comprehensive treatment planning to achieve optimal dental care. The support staff is very knowledgeable & friendly at Heresi Dental Care. They have 2 locations.
