Dr. Andrew Lac attended the University of California, Santa Barbara earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. He went on to attend Loma Linda University School of Dentistry earning his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2014. Dr. Lac was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and was awarded by the Southern California academy of Oral pathology for his academics. Dr. Lac is also a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association. He met his wife while attending UC Santa Barbara and has plans to start a family in the East bay. Dr. Lac enjoys spending his time with family, playing badminton, and tinkering with technology. He is always looking to expand his knowledge in the field of Dentistry in order to help serve his community.
Dr. Rashmi Bajoria received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Los Angeles in conjunction with UCLA. She was a part time clinical faculty at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry. She has a strong commitment to public health dentistry and is constantly involved in community programs such as Healthier Kids Foundation and Indian Health Center of Silicon Valley.
Dr. Bajoria prides herself in providing comprehensive dental care to patients with a very gentle and compassionate nature. She provides quality care to patients by educating them about their dental needs and the long-term values associated with oral health. She is honest and caring and will thoroughly explain your dental treatment needs. She is proficient in all phases of dentistry and is an Invisalign provider. She always strives to make patients feel comfortable to build trust and rapport for a long-lasting relationship. She speaks fluent Hindi and conversational Spanish.

I've been going here since 2011. I went to get my second cleaning which my insurance and their office manager at the time said was free. The front desk was rude and wanted me to pay $214 first before the cleaning. I said no way! Then they said I owed them $500 from 2020, 2021 and 2022 which I was never billed for and insurance said I had no claims against me. Someone named Katie who does their billing by phone told me it was all my fault that I didn't get a bill, REALLY! Isn't that her job to bill you? Apparantly not, anyway she is now threatening me with collections. They also do not want me back as a patient. What a class act this place is Dr Lin would not even return my calls. I'm a senior on a fixed income and can not afford to pay this surprise bill they are claiming I owe them. I have always paid every bill they sent me this is a bill I knew nothing about. They need to fire their billing person Katie and their rude front desk people.

I came in early. Exhausted from just my days of life... I said I would take a nap in the waiting room. The receptionist went above and beyond she gave me a private room, lights out, shades closed, with a blanket to nap until my appt. I needed that. It's the little things to me ... I thank them.

worse unethical experience with customer service. Went in as a first time patient and the front desk girl mixed up my name, the hygienist figured out mid- clean up. My husband went in as well and the front desk girl gave him the wrong amount to pay 3x. They called us back to give us another amount!!! Also, Call to cancel an extraction appointment and the receptionist was rude didn't even get my name or any other information and hung up on me.

Horrible service and unethical, their the professionals supposedly, but when they see an opportunity to get more money they will do a piss poor job and make you go back and get the more expensive work done. Their prices are 10-15% more than other dentists from the start and always talking about how expensive the material used to fix your teeth is.

First time patient, went in for a cleaning, I already have a regular dental office that I love just could not get to them due to Covid-19 hours...Hercules Dental Care showed great Customer Service. The Medical Assistance and Hygentist were absolutely amazing reason for the 5 Stars. I met with the Doctor for a quick second a simple delight to talk to. Only downside is I spent too much time filling out forms, recommending that they put all documents/forms online using a prefill software and eliminate the 30 to 40 minutes of sitting in the office filling out forms( unless you have patients who do not have online access). Other than that wonderful Dental Service.

Very poor costumer service...staff were rude over the phone and not helpful in person! all they care about is money and charging you with unnecessary procedures. Got billed for a procedure they said was covered by insurance but was not... they just pass you from one person to the other... tell you someone will call to take of it but never happened.This was the closest dental clinic to me but I will take my family somewhere else I don't care if it's a drive never will i come back to this place for any dental service ever.

I can't believe this place has almost 5 stars. Let's start with the receptionist they seem like they don't know what they're doing I was left on hold for like 15 minutes for one simple question the scheduling coordinator whoever's in charge of scheduling didn't follow through with what they were supposed to do for me which made me have to go to a whole nother facility. The orthodontist is only there once every three weeks which is a huge inconvenienceand I didn't find that out until after the service I got and everybody around there just seem scattered like they don't know what they're doing. Proceed with caution..

Was very good until they expanded. Now I feel like a cattle led off to slaughter. Hygienist are rushed to get next patient in. My last visit the doctor cleaned my teeth then asked the assistant to floss and polish my teeth, she walked away and came back with a bag with tooth brush and floss and said okay let me walk you up front to schedule another appointment. Not necessarily. Never again... One exception Michelle (Hygienist) is great!

I'm new to this dental office, been coming here for a couple of months now. So far so good. Update: Let me first say that Dr. Lac and Cameron are exceptional. They are both very personable and do remarkable work. They are the reason I scheduled return visits to Hercules Dental Care. But what changed my opinion and rating was my last few appointments. I began to notice I was being charged "left-over" fees from the previous visits. When I inquired about these fees, I was told the office estimation of costs and my insurance billing is sometimes different. This explanation was acceptable the first time but when I returned for my next visit, I was told again I had a balance from the previous appointment. Then I noticed I was being charged higher fees and when other clients were given the same explanation repeatedly I was concerned. Upon further inquiry of the staff, I was finally given the real reason for these left-over fees and extra costs...Hercules Dental began charging my insurance Delta Dental PPO plus Premier plan (which is a fee-for-service plan and higher out-of-pocket costs for me) instead of the Delta Dental PPO plan I've used for years AND they did not tell me they had moved to this higher fee plan. In my opinion, it was a shady move! I did return to Hercules Dental once to get my teeth cleaned by Cameron because he is that good and the charge for cleaning was an acceptable price, but I'm now looking for a good dentist who also accepts Delta Dental PPO and won't be changing plans on me without first letting me know.

I have been coming to get my teeth cleaned and examined for several years now and am very happy with the staff. Dr Lin and all of his associates are friendly and professional. Michelle and Cameron are excellent hygienist's and care about their client's teeth. Always gives me feedback if I am doing a good job of brushing and flossing or if I need to improve it. The staff cares for their client's teeth health so that is why I continue to come here for services.

Cracked a molar, called 1800dentist. Hercules dental was able to see me same day. Quick and friendly, very understanding and accommodating. My family will go there for everything from now on.
