Yayi Serrano brings a sharp intellect, charm and smiling face to the front desk and administrative operations of our office. As a licensed dental assistant, Yayi's role in our office began working chairside with Dr Birnbaum for several years. As her keen mind continued to explore, absorb and master new information, her role expanded to include front desk tasks, evolving into her current role as Office manager, where she synthesizes the clinical and administrative operations with caring, sensitivity and unparalleled accuracy.
Yayi, who grew up in Boston, is bilingual, fluent in Spanish, as well as English. She and her adoring husband are the dedicated parents of two beautiful sons, and share with them their love of family, education, their culture, and the great outdoors. With her sister often working by her side and, at any given time, her husband, father or mother stopping by to help out in ways they can, Yayi has taken our pride and commitment as a family operation to new and greater heights.
