I normally don't leave reviews but, my procedure at Dr. Hensley's office today was way better than expected. I had to have a crown...dreading this was an understatement!! I've had one before and it was just what people talk about! Without getting too far in the weeds, I felt zero pain...no exaggeration... from the two numbing shots (magic) to the end. Dr. Hensley and his Dental Assistant (sorry, I didn't get her name) was very quick... the procedure was over before I knew it... Here's the cherry on top...they make their own crowns in- house!!! No illfitting temporary crown and then having to return to have the permanent crown... the whole process is completed in one visit!! I kid you not, if you need a crown, Dr. Hensley and his staff is the way to go!!

From the first call to the office, I could tell this is a good practice. Booking an appointment was easy, and the receptionist was polite. I got an appointment for the very next day. The office was full of patients, but I only had to wait a couple minutes for my appointment. Amanda did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Close to no pain, and she got all the years of built up tartar off of my gum line. She was polite and cheerful through the whole process. Dr. Hensley is very personable and laid back. He addressed my problems and gave me good advice. I am impressed by his knowledge of dentistry.

I put off going to the dentist for years until I just couldn't wait any longer. I couldn't be happier to have found Dr. Hensley and his staff. They're quick, courteous, professional. If you've put off going to the dentist for whatever reason you couldn't find a better dentist than Dr. Hensley and his awesome staff.

They fit me into a cancelation. Very friendly and capable people. I got the best cleaning I think I've had since I was a little kid.

Top notch care on dental implants! Fantastic pre and post surgical care, precision with dental implants placements, and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

The office is nice and clean. The office staff seemed nice. The dentist seemed nice. Then all of a sudden, no communication at all. I went in for a cleaning. It was great. I returned for a consultation on other work. After appointment I was told I would get a call about options. Never received a call back. I reached out to them after about a month, something I usually wouldn't do after not hearing from someone that long. I did because I really felt he could fix my issues. After getting someone on the phone, I was told again I would receive a call later that evening. Never received it!! Another month went by, and I already figured he just didn't want to do the work. I reached out again, just to soothe my assumptions. The woman put me on hold, came back and stated they would give me a call. Here it is 3 months later, NO CALL. So they were not professional as I thought they were. Yes, I have dental insurance that covers my needed procedures; and I also had money for my due portion. There's no excuse for their unprofessional behavior. I think I know one reason, but I won't be unprofessional like them, and state that reason here. A call stating he didn't want to do the work would have been nice; but hey, who's nice these days!

Excellent dentist, very professional and always makes me feel comfortable. The office staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend Dr. Hensley.

Dr Hensley is an amazing dentist! I have dental anxiety very bad, and his staff and himself made me feel very calm! highly recommend him for any of your dental needs!!!
