*Highly Recommended *Removal of 3 impacted wisdom teeth/below surface of gums Scheduling was easy and the staff was pleasant over the phone. Arrived for my appointment and was seen promptly. Dr. Rolin answered all questions and concerns. I chose general anesthesia and the total procedure took less than an hour. Aftercare instructions were provided/returned to have stitches removed around 2 weeks post-op. Overall great experience, quick, efficient and friendly.

The appointment started off ok. Mind you I have a low tolerance to pain. So as the procedure started they numbed me up and I felt fine! But as we went along he said raise your left hand if you feel pressure or pain.THIS MAN GOT AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE I TAISED MY HAND . Mind you they numbed me then went to go numb another patient. Therefore by the time he got back it already wore off a little bit. Then on top of that I felt as though he was rushing the procedure. Not to mention his attitude was coming out as he was pulling my wisdom tooth. Then as I'm telling him he's hurting me he gets an attitude and so does his assistant. SO NOT GO HERE !!!!!

Had a 3pm appointment for a consultation. Arrived there at 2:58, filled out paperwork and sat and waited. After 30 minutes and no one saying anything, I proceeded to go to the front desk to ask the wait time. The receptionist said about 10-15 mins. 24 mins go pass and still no update or apologies for the long wait. I go back to the desk and the receptionist asked the assistant how much longer and she totally ignored her. Never again will I return.

I went to the DC Office for the doctor to review a lesion on my tongue. To be told that I had to come back for a biopsy. I questioned why it couldn't be done today as I am standing here and was told by the desk person got to ask the doctor but we close at 5pm, who in turn says something about how my visit was put in as I requested a cancellation for an earlier date. Desk person says we don't have till August but can you go till Virginia. Long story short I told them my cancer history and they made me feel so unimportant that closing at 5pm was more important than taking care of a patient who was right there and procedure could have been completed. Well the Lord turns bad situation to good I have another appointment next week somewhere else. My advice will be don't go to this dentist as they showed me that closing at 5pm is more important than taking care of the patients.

Dr. Henry is a highly skilled oral surgeon doctor. That was my 2nd tooth pulled by him 2 years apart, he did a phenomenal job. He numbed my gums well because I don't feel the needle, he listened to all of my concerns before putting my tooth. I was numb but left with a BIG smile on my face. I truly feel that he is one of the best oral surgeon in town. I got a fast appointment, office is very clean, extremely caring professional nice staff(I felt like family) and the environment was great. Over my life time, I have seen different dentists and oral surgeons but I will say he get the job done. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that's looking for an oral surgeon hands down.

This doctor was terrible , I never got my wisdom teeth removed because he could not get my iv in my veins. He blew 3 veins in one visit. This man is very unprofessional because I asked him several times about a different method or spot to help but he just knew he could do it. I will be calling my insurance to make sure I was not charged for this horrific dentist visit. I am forever traumatized. He has completely no bedside manners. He is not going to walk you through the process, or be extra kind to you because he appreciates your service. He will treat you like a number and rush the process cause he has other things to do. He is not friendly, so he doesn't give a warm comfortable feeling for an experience that can be very uncomfortable. It's like all the pain he is experiencing in his personal life that he can not control, he takes out on his patience! If you have insurance that you pay for, YOU BETTER NOT EVEN PLAY YOURSELF AND GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Front Office is poorly ran, went on Monday for appt after confirming a week before and providing all ins info etc... but when I arrived they had no information from my referral prepared so I left called dentist next door that referred me and he sent information over and once they got it they still didn't call me to reschedule so I did 2 days later and then they tell me that have no availabile appointments for this week...MIND YOU THIS IS ABOUT A VERY THREATENING ISSUE..and they still behaved in this manner.....

I was told that I would have to pay between $60-125 "copay" in addition to my METLIFE Federal Insurance for a simple single tooth extraction. OUTRAGEOUS!!!

I just got my wisdom teeth pulled with Dr. Henry and his team and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. I was very scared going in but Dr. Henry and his staff were nothing but kind and got the job done efficiently. I am so happy with my experience here.

I saw Dr. Henry for my wisdom teeth. I had a great painless experience. The staff was very nice and friendly made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Henry is the BEST Dentist I've had with his experience he extracted all 4 of my teeth in less than 1 hr. I was very nervous because of previous experience but this office made me feel at ease. I would 100 % recommend them to anyone who needs wisdom teeth, implants. The office is nicely organized & clean very up to date.

Dr. Henry removed my wisdom teeth (all 4) at once and I didn't feel a thing. They took great care of me before and after surgery. I've recommended him to all my colleagues! They work with you if you don't have insurance and they accept a wide range of insurances. 10/10 recommend!
