I had knee replacement on 1/28/20. The medical team was fantastic, however, the accounting team is very unprofessional. I keep getting billed for the $50.82 remaining even though my supplemental insurance paid it on 4/9/20. I called every month and even emailed the copy of the payment information and still get a billing. I just talked to "Chris" offshore person and he assured me they would take care of it. We will see. I would suggest they get a different billing department.

THE WORST BILLING SYSTEM!!! They literally send you one bill and then never call nor send a follow up number. So in case you never receive the bill in the mail or misplace it, it automatically goes into collections. Called the billing department and they went from saying that they mailed it out three times to then confessing that they only sent it out once and then the Accounts Receivable just sat on the bill for a year and then turned it over to collections. If I could give zero stars then I would.

My experience with Dr Mims was great. I see others had issues in the past with billing but I can't say that was my experience. The team was knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks guys for everything.

Received bill from Henry Anesthesia it has two charges of $882.00 one to administer the drugs one for a supervisor was not told of this before hand Is this a new way to inflate the bill. No wonder Health Care cost so much.Thinking about going back to Emory Midtown. Never been charged Double there.

Billing. I just received my FIRST bill from them 10 months AFTER service. I have paid ALL of my labor and delivery bills on time and in full. I have had no issues with my insurance paying those bills. We met our deductible VERY early in the process of this pregnancy, so there is NO WAY that I owe them the amount that they say I do. In the letter I received, they gave no explanation of what services they were charging for specifically, and also, no explanation of what my insurance company had contributed--only that they had done so and this was the remaining balance. I tried to contact their billing company. I was on hold so long that the system hung up on me. I then tried the alternative number given on HAA's voicemail. It doesn't work. I have now emailed them through their website and am waiting a reply.

they have the worst billing dept. everyone passes the buck. paid bill through their site. received conformation, printed out, paid with Discover...paid Discover..then I was turned over to collections...have called, giving a fax number...nothing happens.. discover called unable to speak to anyone. United Health care called,was told oh its paid,don't see anything about it going to collections. United gave me a number & name to call....they tell me they don't know anyone by that name United gave me, & they don't do the billing a new company does...call at least 2x weekly..for over a yr. get nothing...WILL NOT REPAY...lousy company...seems to be a racket by the other 2 reviews

Apparently Henry Medical Center used Henry Anesthesia Associates, LLC for my surgery. As expected I received a bill for their services. I made payments towards my balance and then my Insurance company paid the entire bill. Now I can't get Henry Anesthesia to call me back. I have tried all three of their billing companies and none of them handles my account. They owe me money and no one there will call me or discuss my account.
