Dr. Henry A. Knowles, Jr. was born in Marianna, FL and was raised in Chipley, FL. Dr. Knowles attended Chipola College and graduated from Troy University with a bachelors degree in Chemistry. Dr. Knowles received his dental degree from the University of Florida.Dr. Knowles is married to his college sweetheart, Kelly, and has three handsome sons. Dr. Knowles enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, camping, and gardening.
Dr. Knowles is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Florida Dental Association (FDA) and the Northwest Florida Dental Association. Dr. Knowles is always attending continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on the newest and latest innovations in dentistry.

I have been to a couple dentists over time and dr. Knowles is by far the best. Best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Friendly staff and not painful. Don't mind going to the dentist now!

I absolutely love going to the dentist!! THIS DENTIST! Dr. Knowles and his staff are wonderful! I've been a patient of his since I moved back to the Panhandle in 2010 after being in Central Florida for 12 years. Many years of neglect and he got me back on track and since then I have had zero issues! Who says they love going to the dentist... YOU WILL IF HE'S YOURS JUST LIKE ME !! Thank you Dr. KNOWLES!

I was in need of some serious dental work. Dr. Knowles recommended two bridges for my upper jaw and a partial for the lower jaw. We did the first bridge this past week. It was a long painless process some 2+ hours. The entire time either Dr. Knowles or one of his attending hygienists briefed me on every step. I was nervous at first but felt comfortable in the care that was given me. I look forward to completing the process of restoring my dental health. Marianna is so lucky to have such a good and kind man with his practice here. Staff is excellent!

I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Knowles and his staff made my visit an excellent experience. I absolutely love the office, it's very warm and homey and makes you feel comfortable right when you walk in. The receptionist and dental hygienist were super friendly and I felt listened to right from the start. Dr. Knowles is very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me about my TMJ issues. I am so happy I found such an amazing dentist and will refer them til I'm blue in the face!

Love the whole office as well as Dr Knowles! Seen in a timely manner- always friendly and courteous And... in one sitting received my crown!! And I got to see how they created it!! It is amazing to have a dentist- making sure I'm in no pain!! And has an office that is up to date with the latest technology Well done!

Dr. Knowles and his staff are so WONDERFUL. As a elderly lady it's easy to feel like you are being overlooked or taken advantage of. The amazing staff at Dr. Knowles office took such great care of me and made me feel like I was the most important patient they had. The Doctor himself was so kind and took time to make this me feel so comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Knowles since he first opened his practice in Marianna. He is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He is very caring and has a very gentle (NO PAIN!) method of administering shots. His office staff is wonderful. The hygienists are the best and the front desk folks make you feel like family. I've never had a problem with anything at Dr. Knowles office, from scheduling to insurance claims. I highly recommend Dr. Knowles. He keeps up with all of the latest technology and can provide help for almost every dental problem
