The staff all of them, even those who did not personally help me; were courteous and friendly. My teeth have been neglected for several years. I felt no judgement from anyone. My hygienist was only concerned with getting my teeth up to the condition that regular care will bring them. Thank you Henritze and particularly the hygienist who worked with my teeth, Julia. Heather who works at the desk is also delightful. As I stated I liked all the staff.

I had my first appointment with the tremendous staff in the Daleville office. I made my appointment a month ago, and from day one, I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone in the office. They treated me very well. They were friendly and personable. Had some problems getting some information, from a previous dentist, about a premedication that had been prescribed. The office manager went way out of her way to get information, including calling the military base where the initial surgery had been done, to get the information required. After my appointment, at check out, she even gave me info about financing some more work that I needed done, that was not covered by my insurance. I am so sorry, I have forgotten her name. Well, let's go back to the actual cleaning, and my oral hygienist, Layne. I was very impressed with her knowledge, technique, the way she explained everything to me as she was doing it. The procedure was just a little bit different than I'd ever done. The result was the same, a clean mouth. The dentist came in and did her exam and went over everything Layne did. I want to thank all of you for making me comfortable, informed, and glad I changed insurance and had to find a new dental practice. If you are in need of a dental office, that treats you like family and not just another patient, please see the staff at the Henrtize Dental Group in Daleville. 27 Sept 2022 Had another tremendous visit at this office. The staff here is really, really (YES 2 reallys) great. They are extremely professional and personable. If the other offices are even half as fun and easy to deal with, as the Daleville office, this practice should have a waiting list for new patients. Thank you very much ladies.

They had a real nice office! They were very friendly, quick to give consideration to my handicap. She explained everything as she worked with me. They were great to visit! Very thorough and professional!

One word summary " AWESOME ". I have anxiety about going to the dentist but they are truly awesome. Friendliest bunch of people I think I have ever experienced.

From the very beginning, I was welcomed. I felt very at ease. Everyone was really nice and made sure I was comfortable. The office was clean and the people were wonderful. I'm looking forward to going back and get my work done. Very professional.

Honestly, the best dentist I've ever been to. I've moved around a lot and have had my share of dentists over the years. I get my cleanings here and have gotten Invisalign through them. This facility is clean and uses up to date technology. Every staff member I've encountered has been welcoming, personable, caring and professional. I look forward to every appointment!

Top notch office with the latest technology. Very thorough. Above all else, the staff is so kind and personable. I moved here from Michigan and I am so glad that I found this office.
