Dr. Henrich grew up in Wyoming where he enjoyed skiing and snowboarding. He attended the University of Utah where he received a B.A. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He loves science and learning. After graduating, he worked as a Medical Technologist in Salt Lake City before deciding to go to dental school.

He moved to Richmond, VA to attend dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Henrich earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from VCU. While in dental school he had leadership positions in the American Student Dental Association (ASDA).

Dr. Henrich went to Washington DC to advocate for dentistry in our nations capitol. During his senior year, he was student body president. Dr. Henrich is currently a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Oklahoma Dental Association (ODA) as well as the Tulsa County Dental Society.

He is a participating member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). Dr. Henrich is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain Institute (AACP). The AACP is an organization that is leading the TMD and Sleep community. Dr. Henrich is currently working on becoming a Diplomate in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).

Since graduation, Dr. Henrich has a special interest in cosmetics and implant dentistry and sleep dentistry. He has completed hundreds of hours of training to perfect his skills so that he may offer his patients exceptional dentistry.

Dr. Henrich is married and has three sons. He loves spending time with his family fishing, visiting the beach, playing sports, eating ice cream, and building Legos. Dr. Henrich is on a quest to find the perfect hamburger. He LOVES burgers. Any recommendations would be welcomed. Dr. Henrich is a football fan and takes his fantasy football team seriously. He enjoys helping and serving in his church and community and is active in his HOA.

The more I learn about sleep, the more I am enchanted by its restorative powers and the more I am motivated to better understand its mysteries. How is it that shutting down for 7-8 hours per day provides the foundation of so many of our essential bodily functions?

Sleep clears of brains of waste products, consolidates our memories, refreshes our muscles, regulates hormones and synchronizes our organ systems. At the end of the day, my mind feels dull, I am more moody and my muscles feel fatigued. Yet in the morning, after a good nights sleep, I can focus better, my body aches less and I am ready to attack another day.

Therein lies the miracle of sleep! Despite the fact that sleep is essential to optimal functioning, the majority of us have sleep problems. Those sleep problems may be as straightforward as not getting enough of it or having difficulty falling asleep. There are also very common intrinsic sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) which is the focus of this book.

It is well known that individuals with sleep apnea commonly have poor sleep quality. Sufferers of OSA dont thrive because they dont breathe well at night. As a result, their sleep is less restorative. It is often challenging for individuals with OSA to accomplish simple daily tasks.

Many sufferers are not productive at work or lack adequate energy to optimally interact with family members. Furthermore, untreated obstructive sleep apnea is stressful to the body and increases risk for hypertension, irregular heart rhythms, stroke and neurocognitive decline such as Alzheimers disease.

Jamie is a Tulsa native and has been in dentistry for many years.She loves watching a new smile transform and the excitement the patient expresses! She has two daughters that she enjoys spending her free time with. Jamie loves summertime, grilling and reality TV.

Melanie helps in any and every way that she can at the office. She loves supporting the Henrich Dental family! She also enjoys gardening, long walks, celebrating birthdays of people she loves, vacations with her family and serving in her church community.

April has been a dental hygienist over 20 years. She started her dental career in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she and her husband were stationed while he was in the Navy. She attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA where she graduated with her Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. After having her sons Devin and Brenden, they moved back to Oklahoma to be closer to family. In her spare time she enjoys watching baseball, playing golf with her husband, working out, and going to the lake with family and friends.

Morgan has lived in Oklahoma her whole life. She graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 2019 and joined Henrich Dental in February of 2021. Morgan enjoys spending her free time at home with her cats, cooking, playing video games, and watching Netflix. She is very excited to start her career as a Dental Assistant.

Kenzie is originally from Northwest Arkansas where she started her career as a dental assistant in 2021. Shortly after entering the world of dentistry Kenzie moved to Tulsa to be with her boyfriend and two pups. She enjoys the dog park, scuba diving and refurbishing furniture.

We work with patients whose disability makes it difficult for them to receive dental care in a traditional manner and setting.

Dr. Henrich, your dentist in Tulsa, OK works with a local anesthesiologist who comes to our family dentist office to administer IV sedation. This allows our staff to provide necessary or desired dental care while patients with a disability or special need are asleep in the dentist chair.

In the care of an experienced anesthesiologist, patients on the autism spectrum who would otherwise be unable to maintain a healthy smile with traditional dental care can sleep comfortably while Dr. Henrich and his staff maintain or restore their oral health.

My autistic son needs to be under general anesthesia to have his teeth cleaned and x-rayed. We looked locally in Bentonville, Arkansas for a dentist with experience with special need kids but did not find what we needed. We knew Dr. Henrich has done this multiple times so we arranged a cleaning procedure with Dr. Montgomery as the onsite anesthesiologist. Once he was under, Dr. Henrich worked extremely fast cleaning his teeth, filling cavities and sealing his teeth. Within a couple hours of waking up our son was back to his normal goofy self and showed no signs of discomfort. The professionalism and courtesy of Dr. Henrich, Dr. Montgomery and the HD dental staff was greatly appreciated and help us through something we have dreaded for years.
