I started going to HFD when I changed employers and was living in Henniker. Katie and Jess are amazing hygienists who make going to the dentist comforting and enjoyable. I have relocated to Concord and still travel to Henniker for the dentist. Dr Wilson is very personable and talks through the situations he sees to make sure the patient knows the whole story. The reception is inviting and Becca at the front desk always greets as you walk in.

I usually have horrible experiences at the dentist, as I am sure others have too but Henniker Family Dentistry is amazing. I had xrays and a cleaning and it was the best experience I have ever had at a Dentist office. I am so happy to have found them

This was my 2nd visit, we are fairly new to town, our 1st visit was great & todays visit was outstanding, I was a little anxious (as I usually am before dr & dental visits) but the hygienist (I forget her name, bad at names!) was so incredibly sweet & friendly she instantly made me feel at ease & dr. Osofsky was so nice as well, left feeling great about the visit, so glad we chose this practice

I'm extremely extremely over the moon I came across this place!! I called thinking I had a cavity cause I had some sensitivity. I went to gentle dental about a year ago and they told me I needed a ton of work, maxed out my dental insurance. They've done so much dental work on me the last 2 years... They told me I still had 7 cavities to fill so I was very skeptical as I take great care of my teeth. So I called henniker family dental. They were able to get me right in as it was painful, When the hygienist started looking she saw the problem, my gums were receding, and I'm grinding my teeth at night. That sensitivity/ pain if because my gums have receded on that tooth exposing it a lot. As for the 7 cavities. I have one under an old filling. Dr. O'Neill saw me and was so chill, laid back, nice but new her stuff. I was told a few years ago if need a gun transfusion on a tooth, she gave me the option of a crown if the sensitivity is still bothering me. So instead of paying thousands for 7 more cavities I didn't need filled. I was happy to pay out of pocket for this place. Jessica the hygienist was extremely warm, kind and gentle. I never felt rushed, everyone took their time with me and answered every question. I love the atmosphere here. At other dental offices the way the dentist talk to the hygienist can be a little rough. But here everyone was extremely kind to one another too. Jessica and Dr. O showed me how to properly brush and flush as to not irritate my gums more. Also found me an affordable option for a night guard. Overall I was pretty much done with dentist but after today I'm beyond pleased. Thank you so so so much Jessica, Dr. O and the girls at the front desk. You all absolutely saved me. Thank you so so much

I have always loved the care I get from this wonderful group of professionals (from back when John was the dentist through today). I do have a very serious suggestion for the staff, however, and it is one that others have mentioned. The dentists here and everywhere should offer a range of suggestions when the patient is confronting some very expensive care. Many people do not have dental insurance and even then it often covers half of the costs. Basically many people are unable to afford a $1000+ fix in order to have the perfect teeth. Maybe there are less expensive options. Maybe some work is recommended but not essential and this should be explained. This would be a very valuable service to the people of the community. It is a shame our whole medical system leaves people deciding between optimal dental/medical care and paying the rent, but sadly that is what people face. So until we change our system, we need to help each other out and that means medical professionals finding ways to save their patients' some money while also offering good care.

Staff is awesome. I really appreciate them (1) taking the time to explain what they are doing and (2) frequent touch-points ensuring I am comfortable during the appointment. My only complaint is no valet parking (I'm just messing with you HFD!). Thank you for all you do! -Angelo
