Dr. Hendrix was born and raised in Columbia SC. He attended Cardinal Newman High School and graduated in 1978. His undergraduate degree was earned at Newberry College in 1982. He received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Medical University of South Carolina Dental School in 1987 and established his dental practice in West Columbia that same year.

Got my biannual cleaning done here for the first time. The office is clean and the staff clearly cares about their patients' safety and happiness. Fabulous job on my cleaning! I will definitely be going back!

I would give no stars if I could. I was looking for a family dentist. One that was ACC registered as my 3 Yr old grandson has a dead tooth from an accident at kindy. I was told the don't do children. How can you advertise being a family dentist when you can't do family teeth. I need dental work, my husband needs all his teeth removed but nope lost us.
