Terrible!!! I used to love it here. They are beyond unorganized now. I've came to more than 2 appointment with no call no nothing and they be closed or don't have the appointment on there end but I have a card. They also send a reminder the morning of, which I've also received on these occasions as well. Just a terrible place to go now, not to mention it was over an hr drive anyway.

Receptionist are very unprofessional. Don't expect any return phone messages. No this is not a fake review. My son goes here not me, so of course your records wouldn't show my name. 8/10/22 So to add to this review I have officially had enough and will be changing both my kids to a new place. They was closed for a while due to maintenance I was told and my son had a appt during this time. So I left work early picked him up and took him to his 8/19 3:00 appt. Get there and door is locked with note on the door saying they are closed and will open back up 8/18. Well its 8/19 so they was supposed to open the day before but my issue was they didn't call, email, text or anything to cancel appt and tell us they are closed. Well I leave a message on phone and of course NO Call back. Call back days later and reschedule. The new staff/dentist are kid friendly. The dentist was rude and not patient with my son who has high anxiety about doctors. So he has a appointment to get a bracket replaced and offer laughing gas and give a prescription for one anxiety pill to take before visit. This was weeks ago and I have misplaced prescription being a busy with 2 kids, 8-5 job, and wife. I call asking can I please come by to get a new prescription or can they call it into pharmacy. She proceeds to tell me I will have to pay $20 for the Doctor to rewrite it or call it in. This is crazy. My sons insurance pays for any visits to yall, prescriptions written or medication filled and they think im going to pay out of pocket for something they have already been paid for. This was the last straw for my husband and I. We will be canceling appointment and taking kids to a different dentist. This place is not good with kids or with customer service.

Every since I have been bringing my granddaughter to Henderson Pediatric I have been very please with the care Dr. Kearney and her staffs take with my granddaughter. My granddaughter have only had good, positive, and kind experiences. She doesn't mind going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Kearney for th care you give to my granddaughter

Doctor Kearney and her staff are wonderful! Very professional and nice. She takes the time to address concerns or answer questions that you have about your child. We absolutely love Dr. Kearney and I know that my children are always in good hands in her office.

My kids have been going to this place since they opened. The staff is always nice and Dr Kearney is very professional. I trust her with my kids dental health. I highly recommend this place.

We live 1 1/2 hours from here. Will drive it everytime so my children can get the best treatment. Patient customer care is awesome.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. I arrived a few minutes early for my daughter's appointment and the staff had her in and out ahead of schedule.

I highly recommend.... I switched my kids here from another dentist about 5 years ago and I have been very satisfied.... I have 4 children who go here and I very pleased.... The dental assistants are very nice and Dr. Kearney is awesome!!!

By far the WORST dentist office! Watch you kids here, watch the amounts and what medicine they are giving your kids also! They will put them to sleep over just a surface cavity. I was told by Dr. Kearny, to give my INFANT son sleeping medicine for my 7yr olds appointment, so he would sleep through the appointment, this was my RED FLAG! I told my kids doctor about this and her jaw dropped and she immediately referred me over to Duke street Pediatric dentistry. I went into Duke street dentistry and they could not believe what I told them and told me they did not need to put him under for this surface cavity. They had it done in about 30 mins I was shocked! I recommend the extra drive to a good dentist office.

I normally don't do reviews but I was sent the link so I'm going to give an honest review because at this point I'm unsatisfied. I started out liking this place. My 8 year old has been going there since he was about 5 years old. Fast forward to 2020. Yes there was a pandemic as everyone knows. But his appointment got pushed out. Ok, no problem. I rescheduled and included my 3 year to be checked as well. They messaged me confirming the appointment the morning before and late that afternoon cancels their appointment. Ok so I rescheduled again. This time I actually go to the appointment and when I check in I'm told we sent a text letting you know we are understaffed and to reschedule. I never got that message! So I rescheduled.. while there AGAIN. So now the next appointment is coming up They sent a message stating they have to reschedule again because they are understaffed again smh.. a few days after sent another message confirming an appointment for my 3 year old but not my 8 year old when they both are to be seen at the same time. I call, no answer. Leave a message and no returned call. Ridiculous! I should not have to reschedule 4 times back to back. No apologies or anything from them. I'm not gonna keep going through this with them.

She got my daughter in so fast on an emergency visit. The staff was so friend especially associate Brie. She helped me work around my crazy schedule so I could get my daughter in asap. Thank you all so much!!!

The staff is amazing, and Dr. Kearney is so professional and kind. The office is extremely clean. My only request is that all patients and parents in the waiting room should have their masks on properly.
