Henderson Orthodontics is proud to serve Grand Prairie, Arlington, Irving, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, De Soto, Lancaster, and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of dental medicine along with friendly, compassionate service.
The goal of the ABO is to promote the highest level of orthodontics. They want all orthodontists to be held to a high standard so that their patients get the care they deserve. They also want to protect the general public against orthodontists who are unqualified to practice.
The ABO has several main objectives. The first is to provide examinations and certificates to graduates who are able to practice orthodontics at a high level. They also offer a diplomates career, which means that orthodontists are re-evaluated through their career and with examinations to ensure that they are practicing the way that they should be.
After an orthodontist becomes certified, the ABO helps to continue the orthodontists education with continuing education programs. They want to promote the latest technologies so certified orthodontists can continue to give patients the care they deserve.
Though it is worth it, it is not easy to become board certified. Orthodontists must pass both written and clinical examinations. The board will also go over their credentials to make sure that they are qualified to receive the honor. This process can take quite a few years, usually between five and ten years. Once an orthodontist becomes certified, he or she will have to become recertified every ten years to maintain the board-certified status.

Our experience with Henderson Orthodontist has been impeccable. The staff is very personable and welcoming from the time you walk in the door. The orthodontic assistants do great work under the direction of Dr. Henderson. Out daughter's experience from start to finish has been great. Dr. Henderson explains everything to the parents and patients during every step of the process. We found the orthodontic work to be quality. Our daughter needed very few replacement brackets during the 2 year process. We strongly recommend Dr. Henderson and his staff for your family's orthodontic needs.

I really loved this place. If could give 10 stars I would. The service and staff is great. The inside is very clean and kid friendly. Every appointment I made I never had to wait longer than 5-10 to get serviced. I had my braces for two years and I must say this is the best decisions I've made in my 33 years. Dr. Henderson was there to answer every question I had. I really appreciate my new smile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Best place ever! Friendly staff. Clean office and environment. Best equipment. Dr. Henderson did a great job with my daughter's braces. It was an easy 2 years. He did great in explaining everything. Directions so simple to follow she was out of her braces in less than 2 years and onto her retainers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! He has a great monthly payment plan. Very happy I chose Henderson Orthodontics for her work. Cannot thank him and his staff enough.

I've been going to Dr. Henderson ever since he was at Grand Prairie Orthodontists. He and his team are amazing. It's always nice to see familiar faces even years later.

Best Orthodontist in the DFW area! Dr. Henderson and his staff always made my daughter and I feel comfortable and safe on each visit. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and greats you with a smile. They made her "braces" experience fun. She was always excited to go back. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place! The environment is warm and inviting. They work with you on monthly payments. They have state of the art equipment. The staff is great! The Doctor is friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found this doctor. I have fallen in love with my teeth all over again. Thank you so much! This office deserves 10 stars! Check them out. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Henderson!! I'm semi a teeth perfectionist and had braces with him twice (completely my fault for not wearing my retainers) and both experiences were great! Especially the second time. He literally would ask what I didn't like about my teeth at each visit and made sure he did his best to perfect it. Great listener, very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are all extremely friendly as well. They literally feel like family! I would highly recommend Henderson orthodontics!!!

This is going to be a long review (in the best way possible). Dr. Henderson is the best ever Orthodontist I came across, I wish I could've found him sooner! I had brace three times! My second time, it was with a Dentist that was not licensed to practice Orthodontics and had a general Dentistry practice (watch out for those). Below is a picture of how this second Dentist left my teeth (it was almost irreversable damage) and he made sure I didn't get help. After five years, a balance fully paid, I tried to look for a new orthodontist to fix my teeth and this second Dentist would make it impossible to leave his practice, it's as if he felt entitled to my teeth. As a patient, I have rights to seek help else where!! (So I did). ***Fast forward: I had the braces taken off and was left with a horrible smile from that second Dentist (can't give his name). Second opinions would suggest I would need jaw surgery to correct the damage, and would not take me as their new patient. Luckily, I finally came across Dr. Henderson that corrected my smile (the below picture without braces was his outcome). A job well done!!! Not only did he correct a five year mistake from a previous general dentist but he completed this in time lapse of 8 months!!! He is very professional, caring, and really takes care of his patients. He went above and beyond to take care of my situation, and he nailed it! He is a Dentist that loves his work! His staff was always amazing! I would give him 10 stars, if I could! Thank you so much Dr.!!!! :) Sincerely, A very happy patient!

Dr. Henderson is a great doctor!!!! The best experience I've ever had with braces, this was my second go round with them. He's a very nice polite person and all the staff are nice and sweet always in a great mood and very friendly! He has two locations and the best hands down! Highly recommended! Also my smile is perfect and BEAUTIFUL! Oh yea both of his office is very nice, clean, and has a game room and computers to entertain while waiting! He's supper affordable and does payment plans!

I've been getting treated by Dr. Henderson for a little over two years now and the experience hasn't been short of amazing. Dr. Henderson is wonderful. He is patient, professional, and cares about his work. His staff is also great. Dr. Henderson and his staff has done great work For me. I love them and I love my new smile!
