The dr office is very very bad. They told me they needed to reschedule me. They lied and said we can possibly get you back. Obviously they need to work somewhere else. I asked for a recommendations and they only give me one. Like what kind of office does that. I'm disappointed in the staff. They are not the place to go to the drs for a physical check up anymore. If you're trying to make appointments and get recommendations DO NOT TRY. They won't help you at all.

Don't bother going anywhere else. I can't praise these guys enough! I came in for my first ever crown a couple of weeks ago and the time and care they took to make it painless was above and beyond. I had to come in to try to get the tooth ground down for the crown 3 times because no matter how much numbing they used, I could feel everything they were doing. Dr. Jun took the time to map out my jaw to locate the nerve he was trying to numb, and it turns out mine was in a totally different spot than most people. As soon as he was able to locate the nerve, he was able to numb me and get the crown on. His determination to make the experience painless, when most dentists have just told me to "suck it up" in the past, showed dedication to his profession. Also, the front office and the dental assistants were always kind and understanding, even when I cried from frustration the first 2 times we tried to get the tooth ground down. They have earned a lifelong customer in me.

Worst office support ever! Sherry says, "health specialist" will call you back never happened. After waiting 2 hours in office they cemented my crown down and it fell right out. Sent me to a root canal specialist Redrock and they are not excepting patients. This office is not together and horrible. Beware choose another place.

Best dentist ever! Very attentive, kind and treat you with care. They even got me a blanket when I was cold. I went in for a crown and they worked with me on payments. The procedure didn't hurt at all. The dentist Dr William Jun was amazing. By far the best dentist I have been too! Definitely would recommend.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the office and all of the staff. It had been a while since I received dental care and all of the staff was great at making me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. I've seen multiple dentists since my first visit about a year and a half ago and they've all be great. My treatment plan was realistic and they all took the time to explain what was needed and why. They also broke down the costs and didn't push me to do more then I wanted to at the time. My most recent appointment was with Dr. Jun. he was kind and did a great job while making me comfortable and explaining everything along the way. It's always easy to make an appointment and they are pretty punctual, I've never had to wait past my appointment time. Overall it's been a fantastic experience.

Without a doubt one of the best offices in town. They truly care about their patients and their customer service is above anything expected. Tanya personally is the reason we will continue to be back. They made an emergency feel like a minor inconvenience. I would give more stars if I was able too.

Dr. Kevin Su is such an intelligent dentist. He is not following rules, but instead evaluated my individual situation and applied the most reasonable and effective treatment. He also took the time to have another expert evaluate an anomaly in my CT scan. Jocelyn did an amazing job as a hygienist. As a an expert in medical technology I truly appreciate their use of truly high tech tools which are not gimmicks but aid in maintaining better oral health. I consider Dr. Su one of the best, so don't be fooled by how young he looks. He knows more than many dentists with 20 years more experience than he. He has a level of intellectual curiosity rarely seen in medicine these days. A
