After being a loyal patient for almost 20 yrs, I go in today as a walk-in with two hurting teeth. After an hour and a half of waiting, I ask how much longer will it be and am told it will be another hour at least. I say can I just make an appointment because the transportation service will not wait that long. They said fine. I then asked to use the bathroom and did so. When I came out of the bathroom I was informed that I would have to find a new dentist because they had replaced the dental chairs in the rooms and they could no longer accommodate me (I am a bariatric patient). I said so you all kept me waiting for almost 2 hours knowing you couldn't treat me and then you tell me like this?! After I have been a good and faithful patient..they said you'll just have to check around town and hopefully you can find someone else. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!!! Went for fill ins & a partial. My fill ins are horrible & the works is so sloppy!! Teeth sensitive to anything cold/hot!!! They filled so much of my teeth away!! I also got fitted for a partial. I called the dental lab that does partials for the dentist & they're telling me not to call the lab about MY PARTIAL!! I'm only calling to check my partial so I can get them & SWITCH MY DENTIST. The lab was telling me that my partial was indeed at the dentist & now they're telling me it's not because they're mad! STAY AWAY

The wait was ridiculous. My appointment was at 12 pm. I waited until 1:30 pm and left due to having another appointment with another facility at 2pm. I STILL wasn't seen. Ridiculous. Sorry but I won't be returning. No one should have to wait THAT long for an appointment.

Staff and dentist are wonderful. Made ever effort to make sure you were at ease and very polite. Great dentist office.

Man this is the best team of dentistry that I've ever experienced!!! From the sweet and helpful ladies at the front desk to the dentist and assistants. For years I've been a bundle of nerves when it comes to going to the dentist and they truly helped me overcome my fears. Thank you sooooo much!!

In town visiting over the Memorial holiday, I stopped by my childhood dentistry for a teeth cleaning. To my surprise, Jamie was still working there providing "top notch" service when it comes to scheduling and multitasking.) I was extremely pleased with Dr. Shelley's service for my teeth cleaning. Dr. Shelley did exceptionally well, very thorough and patient. My follow up appointment was led by Dr. Berenjian and Dr. Christina for teeth fillings. Dr. Berenjian was too very thorough and detailed in the work that she performed. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort...he touch was extremely light. Overall, I was pleased with my service from the time I was checked in by the receptionist until the end of service.

I had to some have dental work done on a broken filling. Thought they were gonna have to extract the tooth, but she was able to fill it. No pain at all, even after novicane wore off. Also am having a partial denture made for one tooth. Gave me 2 or 3 options to choose from. I would highly recommend this business!

i am new to the dallas area and was very nervous about finding a new dentist. luckily i trusted all the great reviews for HFD and was pleasantly surprised. highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the dallas area. the staff are really nice, they have accommodating appointment times and you don't spend a ton of time in the office. y
