The most unprofessional staff. The reception was cool and that was about where the happiness ended. The staff was clueless rude and incompetent. I can not say much more for the dentist. If you want to pay out money for bad service the go ahead but my recommendation is to find a competent dentist office because coming here will make you mad that they wasted your money

Worst dentist ever. Rude staff even the dentist. The office manager Farrah is the worst. Please save yourself the trouble. Had to go to another dentist to fix what he did.

I had a wonderfulllllll experience!!! All the staff was sooooo nice and polite! I would definitely recommend giving this dentist office a try, you will NOT regret it. It's hard finding kind people with nice attitudes and good service, and I found all of that here. 10 out of 5 starts

My name is Tiara R and I visited this office today. I absolutely loved how welcoming the staff were! Myesha(at the front desk) was AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable from the time I scheduled the first appointment! I also love Dr. Kara! She was so calming and didn't make me nervous at all. The woman who explained options was so sweet and honest! I am planning to take my son and I know he will be in good hands! 10/10 recommend going to see the great people at this office! Can't thank them enough for making it such a great calming experience! Also how adorable that they have an office dog! Super sweet pup

I had been to another dentist who didn't seem to care how much pain I was in and made an appointment with another who couldn't see me for another 3 weeks so I called this office and they made an appointment for me the next day. The receptionists were friendly and they even have an adorable support dog in their office which comforted me a lot since I was very nervous and the dentist was so helpful and gave me a prescription for antibiotics which probably saved my life and sanity! No other dentist seemed to care about my pain. No long wait in the waiting room either. I would highly recommend them and I hope to back for regular check ups

The worst unprofessional dentist i I have ever been too. Scheduling conflicts, poor customer service and horrible dentist. I was charged for service i never received The fatty at the e front desk was so rude just as ugly outside as inside. Poor equipment. Please save yourself dont go here

I would give a negative 1 star. 1 star is being generous. Customer service is horrible. The pregnant reception was great but the rest of the staff clueless. Condescending and tacky. Would never go there again.Now driving an hour and a half to new dentist but worth it. These people traumatized me.

This is the worst dentist office I've ever had to deal with. Their scheduling issues have always been horrible but this was the last straw for me. I was referred by Henderson & Henderson to go get my wisdom teeth out in Durham. I went Tuesday and I've been having pain in my jaw for almost a week. My regular dentist refuses to even look at my teeth to see what could be going on. Instead I have to make an hour and a half drive in pain back to Durham to even be looked at. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Uncaring and unprofessional.

Called them and they gave me a appointment the next day. Went here for the first time last week and I love them already I had a terrible toothache and they got right to the point gave antibiotics for infection in tooth and will be getting it pulled this week so glad I found out bout this dentist office they also did a Lil cleaning as well. They have some great employees as well. I definitely recommend anyone to go here

Called them with a sore tooth and they tried to give me a appointment for 7 days later, end up getting it pulled in elm city about a hour away the same day, called again about a different tooth today and kept getting answering machine, left 2 messages and 5 hours later still no call back, new staff sucks

The dentists here are very nice and thorough. They care about your well being and will refer you for any other work that they are not able to complete here. They really look out for your best interest. Shelly is an excellent dental hygienist and she is always on time and nice.

The pain is excruciating. Had a procedure done and had to go back as the tooth continued to ache. Went back only for the dentist to come into the room without so much as a hello. Proceeded to tell me I have other cavities that may have sparked the ache. Wrote me a prescription and ended the appointment. Didn't even touch me. I was later billed for that appointment when I wasn't even in the building for 15 minutes. Called to dispute the invoice and was told to come back and this time would see one of the owners. I received a call 20 minutes prior to the appointment asking if it could be pushed 30 minutes later as she was running behind. I agreed. Then after arrival I was kept waiting in the waiting room 20 minutes. Was then taken for observation and ended up waiting 25 minutes until someone came in to see me. At this point I was literally about to leave as I had to go to work. Explained the situation and she left. Only for me to hear her discuss with the said owner outside about her remembering reading my file. I thought I was coming to see her? Then she comes in and trims my tooth saying that could be the issue. She then said a follow up call would be made in a week. We are entering the 3rd week and I am yet to receive a call from anyone. It hurts but they didn't care about that. I am all about promoting black owned businesses but truly I feel as though I was mishandled by some nice personalities and pretty faces. Thanks but me and my son won't be returning.

Henderson and Henderson has been professional, friendly and efficient every visit I have made to their office. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.
