I can not state any stronger to absolutely avoid this company at all cost. The lowest class of people and professionals. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Such a shame to call themselves a charity.

My 1st tooth extraction appointment was at 2pm I arrived at 145pm and paid in advance all of my dental work costs. I was told at 320pm that I was next. So was several other patients in the waiting room. At 455pm I was taken in the back and waited for the dentist but he never came backb o deaden my tooth. I walked back up to the desk and there sat the dentist. I told them I was leaving and to make me another appointment for 2 weeks out. The dentist wanted me to stay. He said it would only take 15 minutes. I told him it would take more timebthan that to deaden my tooth but I told him I had worked that day, took off early, sat in the chair in the waiting room on my butt for 3 hours and my feet hurt. I was tired. So I left and came home.

Sorry for the name- my child took over my google account a long time ago lol buuut I have an initial exam here next week. After reading the reviews I am not sure what to think. I know people get mad when things don't go the way they wanted and they just write bad reviews to be petty not telling the whole story, but other times it is the whole truth. The good reviews were great. I need serious work done. Like there's teeth you can't grab with dental forceps so an Incision will have to be made to extract the teeth (many of them) I saw on here where someone said they shots weren't working and he could feel it & told the dentist but yet wasn't being heard no matter what he said or did. I have a huge fear of the dentist. So that does not help. I have suffered through enough pain hence why I am trying to get them out and get dentures. If this truly is not a good place please tell me, I can't wind up in a situation like that. I'll never go back to any dentist because let's face it. That's trauma. I don't know how to feel. I just know I'm nervous but I'm ready to get a brand new smile and eat something that isn't applesauce or pudding because I can't chew food.

If I could give zero stars that would describe better they were extremely rude and disrespectful I left in tears the dr was older and was told his nurse he was going to show my X-rays to someone else in the office as I was leaving like it was a joke! Said I should go to oral surgeon if I could afford that I sure wouldn't have came to this low life place I am beyond disgusted! This place is horrible if you actually need major dental work don't bother with these people they obviously are not here to help people

I went here because I can't afford dental care. I have no income of my own and am trying to get my SSI because I'm disabled. My old dentist charges less money! They counted my boyfriend's SSDI and what he gets for our son as my income. Even so, they get LESS than the federal poverty level for 3 people. I can get a tooth pulled at the Trenton health department for $20. They wanted me to pay $65 a tooth! I don't have that kind of money! If I could afford that, I would go get my teeth pulled one at a time at my old dentist's office. I went for help and got nothing but an x-ray and exam for the money I spent. I guess I will have to do what I did with the last tooth that nearly killed me with the pain. I took three hydros and drank a fifth of Jim Beam and pulled it with some needle nose pliars. These people get federal funds for people like me but still want to charge me money I don't have.

I will use every email I have access too and create more until everyone knows that this place is breaking the law when it comes to charging patients that can't afford these high fees. They are NOT supposed to charge you if you make LESS than the federal poverty level. They get federal funds to treat you. I do not HAVE $65 a tooth! I'm contacting the State Comptrollers office and the Departent of Human Services and Medicaid office to report this. They do NOT deserve a single star!

I went back to the clinic to get more teeth pulled and it was horrible they pulled three broke I went back to have some teeth pulled!omg big mistake he pulled some broke one I had absesses in my mouth also and he hurt me some I mean one time I was only digging my feet in the chair. And when I left they gave me nothing for the pain . I got to the phar.acy and turned around and went back and had to ask for pain meds which he wrote me tramadol which didn't help my face was swollen bad the next day got no sleep because of the pain and took 9 that's right 9 tylenol to try and get some relief. I called them the next morning and they still wouldn't give me anything stronger.. a vetenerian will do better than that man did.. this is just my new update I won't be going back there. I don't have to be treated like that again.. thanks for reading....I would like to change my opinion of helping hands. I got a call today and my dentures will be ready tomorrow the lady I spoke to was very understanding and concerned about how I felt. She said they got some more people on board that will make things run alot smother than before. I am very excited happy and satisfied . And I will continue with my lower plate and extractions there now since things will go alot smother. Thanks helping hands for reaching out to me and making things right . I went today to get my dentures and I was treated so well. My top plate was so pretty and fit nicely. The dentist took time to explain everything and i am going back next month to start getting extractions for my bottom plate . I just want to thank everyone there for being so nice and helpful we got off to a rough start but I am 100 percent satisfied and cant stop smiling!! Thanks helping hands staff and dentist and the new lab tech that made it happen for me.

It was a very bad experience. My mouth wasn't fixed and because I didnt like the work thst was done I was kicked out of there office. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.

I had my first appointment today. I was a nervous wreck! I haven't been to a dentist in a long time and I need a lot of work. The office staff was wonderful, they were kind and helpful. Social distancing guidelines were followed in the waiting room and chairs were cleaned after each patient was called back. The nurse who took my x-rays was patient and reassuring when I expressed my anxiety. The dentist was kind and professional and answered all of my questions. When I was making my follow up appointment, the receptionist thoroughly explained the procedure for follow up visits and costs. To top it off, because it is indeed my birthday, the office staff found and gave me a Happy Birthday baloon! It was a good experience overall and I was completely impressed and satisfied with my visit.

This is the best dental experience I've ever had. The whole staff are angels. Friendly, caring and helpful! Ms. Alanna is definitely the best and her assistant is one of the sweetest angels! Thank you so much for taking care of me! I thank God for all of you!
