Dr. Shin is a general, cosmetic and implant dentist, and she has been practicing dentistry since 2012. Dr. Shin received her bachelors degree at the reputable Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Then she was in PhD education at Iowa State University.
She received a doctor of dental surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and then she finished her general practice residency at wyckoff Heights Medical Center and implant training courses from Osstem.
Dr. Shin delivers a full range of dentistry as a general dentist and is passionate about quality of dental care with her skills in a way that helps people in the Haledon area. She loves getting to form a long-lasting relationship with her patients, and strongly believes that the bond between patient and dentist results in better oral health.
Dr. Shin earned her B.S. with honors from Cornell University. She then earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the New York University of College of Dentistry, graduating with Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) honors. Dr. Shin completed a General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Hospital at Newark. While she was at the residency, she realized a true passion for working with children and went on to complete her residency in Pediatric Dental Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York where she was Chief Resident. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD).

I changed me n my kids dentist from smile central in Paterson to hello dental in haledon and I don't regret it AT ALL! Their staff are always friendly and awesome with kids. They always have availability and they are flexible. The dentist there are just as awesome. The tv's on the ceilings is what my daughter enjoys the most! You guys are awesome and my family and I appreciate everything you guys do for us! Thank you!

Like this dentist a lot. I've gone to other dental clinics and is not compared to this clinic. Nice people and they ease my anxieties as well. Great doctors. I would recommend anyone to go here.

Hello Dental is by far one of the most welcoming dental offices I've ever been to. The staff and doctors are very kind and care about the oral health of their patients. The office is very clean and sanitary. They go out of their way to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction. Would give a 100 star review if I could :)

My go to dentist !!! AMAZING ! The whole staff is very professional & super nice. My visits here are always welcoming and the doctors are great at explaining step by step whats going on and if you don't completely understand. They are also good with accommodations. Would give 100 starts if i can.

Just went today, the cleaning went well and I felt really welcomed during the experience. Most of the time at other places, the cleaner does most of the work and the dentist comes in, gives a quick look and then leaves but not this place. They are very professional about the work they do.

Can't say enough great things about Hello Dental. The girls at the front are amazing, everyone is so sweet and professional and they are very organized with their booking which I'm sure any patient can appreciate. You can tell they try not to overbook leaving space for any last minute patients. Wasn't expecting to be squeezed in day of when I called about my cavity fillings being too high for my retainers but they did. Will be recommending to all of my family and friends. <3

My new dentist! Staff is always so friendly and very flexible when I needed to reschedule last minute. Super responsive to calls and questions. Also dentist very nice and made sure I was comfortable entire time of cleaning.
