Once again I'm so grateful to Dr. Flamenco. I had an emergency. He did a root canal in a canine and the crown, everything the same day! I had planned a trip with my sister and I was able to enjoy my trip because of him!. He made my trip possible! I'm an special patient, allergic to antibiotics an to anesthesia, he is very knowledgeable and professional, he knows what is the best for me. He will always give you the different options and his best advice. In Helix Dental you will always feel comfortable an safe. I always felt asleep:) Everybody is so nice at the office. Thank you Dr. Kotha and Dr. Flamenco you are always in my heart!

Dr. Flamenco gives the most thorough personal touch dental exam I have ever experienced. If you like brilliant doctors he is a stand out. The staff was lovely and the office was beautiful and comfortable. Definitely a high end high, personal touch experience!!

I never would have imagined enjoying dental visits as much as I do now since I became a patient for Dr. Flamenco and his staff. They make me feel so comfortable as if I'm visiting family and friends. Their office is so clean and has all the latest and modern technology in dentistry. During Halloween they have the best setup with the Dia de los Muertos decor. All year long the office is beautifully maintained in a way I wish my own house looked. The views from the dental chair are spectacular with beautiful trees and mountains that make you forget about the dental work about to happen. Dr. Flamenco is the best dentist I've ever had. He answers all of my questions and doubts in terms I am able to understand and gives honest and well educated feedback and advice since I am not the best at dental hygiene. Ruby is such a wonderful receptionist that will have you laughing and wanting to crack jokes all day long. The dental assistants Denise and Christian are phenomenal and exceptionally skilled in X-rays and setting you up for the remainder of the visit. Overall I hope to be a patient with their office for the duration of my dental needs for a long time! They're the best!

Ive never been a fan of the dentist (which I'm sure is the case for everyone) but I absolutely LOVE coming here because of everyone that works here! Dr Flamenco is very thorough and explains everything as he goes along which is very comforting. Ruby is so sweet as is Denise! Great office with great people working there. Thank you for finally having a dentists office that doesn't scare people off!

I couldn't be more satisfied with Helix Dental and I will without a doubt recommend Dr. Flamenco and his staff to anyone in need of a patient, friendly, highly-experienced dental office! I've been going to Dr. Flamenco for about a year now and I'm always so impressed with his attention to detail and aware he is of his patients' general comfort (plus he's suuuuper meticulous when it comes to applying enough local anesthesia, which I always appreciate!) Ruby at the front office is genuinely such a ray of sunshine, always friendly, communicative, and is so thorough in whatever billing or dental record info is required or asked for. Seriously, if you're having a hard time sorting through the hundreds of San Diego dentists like I was, do yourself the favor and get an appointment at Helix Dental.

To start the X-rays and imaging were all state of the art compared to other practices I've been to. Dr Flamenco's bedside manner was great and his procedures were the most painless dental work I've ever had.

The whole team here is spectacular and they know what they are doing. The employees have a high level of knowledge and each experience is personalized. I transitioned from my previous dentist to this one; during the consultation, I learned more about my teach and the dentist was able to identify misses from my previous dentist. I got veneers and it was crafted to perfection. I highly recommend visiting Helix Dental.

Changes in medical care are always scary. It was such a relief to find Helix Dental. A friend recommended them and it's been a really positive experience. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Flamenco is top notch. You get a lot of 1x1 time with the dentist. He had an on-site lab for printing that is state of the art. Quick story: He warned me that I had two potential root canals with crowns, but was able to save both teeth so all I had to pay for was the fillings. It's so nice when your medical professionals have your best interest in mind. Needless to say I'm very happy with my new dentist and would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with Helix Dental. The facility is immaculate, high tech and the staff are top notch, caring, friendly and professional. The hours are incredibly accessible for the average working person. Dr. Flamenco's expertise is clear, and I am confident I am receiving the best care.

Dr. Flamenco and his staff strike the perfect balance of personable and professional. He himself is very down to earth but knows his stuff and has all the latest technology and even his own lab on site. He takes his time and does not make you feel rushed. He comes across as a perfectionist who genuinely cares about ensuring that all your questions are answered and that you are satisfied with the service he has provided. Seeing is believing. He's the real deal. Once you go Flamenco, you don't go back.

I was a first time patient to Helix Dental and found the experience to be very refreshing and not stressful as most dental offices are. I was very impressed with their COVID-19 safety procedures and felt very safe throughout my visit. The Office Manager, Ruby, was a breath of fresh air who did a great job with the initial paperwork and explaining the dental plan the doctor had put in place. Dr. Flamenco and his staff are a great practice and I recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly environment.

Ruby is simply the friendliest and most receptive, and productive front desk help! She texts me personalized reminders as well and always accommodates my busy schedule. I get off work late and I am still able to get seen! Always punctual here. Dr. Flamenco makes me feel so safe and comfortable because, Iike most people, I have had not so well previous experiences with other places. He has equipment for literally everything. I joke with him that he has more advanced levels of expertise and equipment than he shows off! He definitely needs to hype himself up some more haha! He does orthodontic work and more, I will continue to rave about him because he is truly the definition of what makes someone feel joyful to come to get seen for their smile!

Dr.Flamenco is an Awesome dentist.... Top notch work and on is on top of the newest and latest technologies in dentistry. Very caring towards his patients. Office Manager ( Ruby ) is very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating to make the schedule that works for you. Also helps you to utilize your insurance to its fullest. I highly recommend this office to everyone looking for a Great dentist.
