My experience was horrible. I have dental anxiety and have been dreading getting my wisdoms pulled for years. Im 26 which is considered older for this surgery so I'm sure that played a huge factor into my experience. My bottom teeth were also full grown and completely faced sideways so they were in a complicated position. However i was not expecting how bad this would be. First, my dentist and my surgeon told me that i did not have to be put under. I was honestly mostly afraid to go under since i never have before and i would rather be aware of whats going on. They told me that after the numbing shots i would not feel a thing. So i trusted them and just got numbing shots. The top wisdoms were very easy to come out since they were positioned normal, but the bottoms were brutal. When they started working on my bottoms i was in so much pain. They would drill and drill and the deeper they got the more pain i felt. I started to cry I couldn't handle it anymore and the surgeon told the nurses to hold me down and I basically had to fight through the pain. I felt like it was almost my fault that i was having this pain by the way she handled it. Being forced to be held down and take horrible pain made me cry even more I couldn't believe the surgeon wasn't stopping and giving me more numbing. I don't think they understood how bad it was and i tried to tell them. But it was clear with me jolting around and and sobbing and yelling "ow" that i was in bad pain. This whole procedure took 5 hours. Granted i had to take breaks because of the pain and i even took a long one while she had other patients. During that break i only had a half of tooth left, but I wanted so bad to just run out lol. I did not think i could take anymore of this. Finally it was over, and i was still so worked up on what just happened. I really wish that the surgeon would have told me to go under and made me aware of how hard it could be with how my teeth were positioned. The whole thing felt like a nightmare. I will say that the positives are the nurses. They are very sweet and comforting. They held my hands, got me blankets, were wiping my tears, and gave me a cold wash cloth for the horrible headache i was having during. Im not mad at them at all for having to hold me down, being that it was the surgeons direction and they had to listen. But these ladies were excellent and i could not have gotten through without out them. The receptionist upfront is rude though. I feel like every time i talk to her shes either annoyed or condescending but thats the least of my worries lol. Im not saying this is a bad place to go to, but i definitely think if you are older or have crazy positioned wisdoms to either go under or find someone that is more experienced with more complicated surgeries.

TLDR: had a terrible experience at this office, my pain wasn't taken seriously, and I had to go see another physician to get the treatment I needed. Really disappointed with my experience at this office. Typically I'm not the kind of person to write a review, but I'm hoping that someone will see this and avoid the excruciating pain and poor treatment I experienced. Dr. Dolce seemed nice at my consultation, although even with really good insurance the procedure would end up being roughly 2K and she doesn't offer payment plans... but the day of my procedure was very different. The procedure took longer than expected which was fine, but afterwards she was very rude and blamed me for the procedure taking longer. I informed her ahead of time that I typically need more anesthesia and more pain management than the average patient. She ignored me, and I woke up during the procedure. She was then very rude on my way out, treating me as if it was somehow my fault that it took her longer than expected even though I was unconscious for the majority of the procedure. A week later I developed severe dry socket, and she denied me all medications besides clove oil. Two days later I was admitted to the hospital with severe pain and an infection. I had to see another doctor who finally prescribed me antibiotics and pain meds. It's very clear that money is the only thing that matters here, and Dr. Dolce does not listen to her patients, and despite it being very expensive I ended up having to spend even more money because she wouldn't do her job, and was forced to see another physician for excruciating pain. I don't know if it's because she's used to working with teenagers and their parents, but she was extremely dismissive. The second doctor I saw quickly diagnosed me with dry socket as he could see the exposed jaw bone in my socket. Do yourself a favor and see another doctor for a consult, especially if you have any desire for pain management that's more effective than clove oil.

Had a procedure done with Dr Dolce and was very happy with my care. After referral, they got me in for an appointment quickly and were very thorough when explaining my options and pre and post surgical care. They gave me an itemized estimate of charges and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in contacting my insurance and letting me know exactly what I would be paying on the day of surgery. Everyone was very caring and kind and took great care of me! As someone who is very afraid of any type of dentist, I would definitely recommend this practice!

The two ladies that work the front desk actually have no clue what they are doing. Rude and make it a hassle every time you come in the office. Save yourself some time and money and go to a different dentist.

I found Dr. Dolce's office very pleasant. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The office was relaxing and clean. They were very upfront and honest about my insurance and what would be due. I don't know why the negative reviews are on here. My procedure was pain free and quick. I absolutely recommend Dr. Dolce!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Dolce and her staff. Dr. Dolce is professional, calm, thorough and knowledgeable. My case was unusual and she took her time for the consultation and procedure. Her staff is friendly and caring. I also got a pre-determination that the insurance specialist submitted so that I knew what my cost would be ahead of time. Dr. Dolce is in network for my plan. Highly recommend her practice.
