The environment was very nice. The stuff was very professional and knowledgeable about their work. My only problem was I had to fill out paperwork that I was told only once I made it there that I could have did it on the website. That was my first time hearing about it. I think that should be told when you first make appointment. I feel that was a waste of both our time., when it setup to be used online for that very reason. Other then that my visit was great!

My experience was horrible. I had an appointment at 9:30 am my bf was scheduled for 10am. I arrived 30 mins early to complete the new patient paperwork for my bf. I was called back at 9:30 and at 10:40 i was still in the room without service. One technician attempted to do my xray but was not successful. She walked put rhe room without explanation i waited another 20 mins for and thats when a different technician came to move me to a different room because the xray in my exam didn't work. Ok cool. 30 mins after my xray no one attempt to come communicate with me. At 10:40 i got up and walked out because at this point its too late to have my procedure done. I had to be to work at 12pm. In the mean time i was told the had a medical emergency and that happens sometimes in dentistry. The problems is no one cared to communicate with me. And for it to be so many emergencies i was the only patient affected. My bf service and everyone that arrived after me service was provided. Then after i told them i wouldn't be coming back they went to the back and scheduled my bf a appointment for additional treatment the following week. He is a dependent on my insurance why would you think he would come back if im not returning. Helena road care dental. Do better.

I have had a lot of work done on my teeth since childhood at multiple dentist offices with many different dentists. Today I was very impressed with how I was treated. The team at Helena Road Dental took their time explaining my treatment plan to me and truly made me feel cared for. They not only explained WHAT needed to be done but the WHY behind it. I truly appreciate their honesty, knowledge, and compassion. I will most definitely be going back. I have no doubt that by the time they are done with me... I will have much more confidence in my smile. Being a nurse, I truly appreciate the passion and compassion so clearly exhibited during my appointment today.

The ladies in the front were very kind and helpful. My hygienist was amazing and thorough. She explained everything along the way. I even had my 3 year old and they were very helpful with him. The doctor answered all of my questions and I had a treatment plan with my insurance estimates right away. The office as a whole communicates well and is a well oiled machine.

They only explain the cost, which with everything and medical plan are extremely expensive. I understand that oral health is important. But there must be more alternatives when choosing. Helena Road Dental saw me on an emergency basis. I have not lived in the area very long so it was wonderful to meet so many new people who were warm and wrlcoming. The servicexwas exce-ptional, the pricing reasonable and everyine was verry accommodating. I highly reccomend this group.
