I have yet to meet a staff member who hasn't been wonderful! You're treated like family, not a nuisance like some other places. Plus they accommodate your schedule for appointments. I'd rate them an A+.

Dr. Norris is amazing! Always takes excellent care of me and my daughter. He has given us more confidence with our smiles. Always makes sure we are happy at every visit. He is very thorough when explaining his treatment plans. His staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I highly recommend Helena Orthodontics. They are amazing!

Always friendly and short waiting time. Dr Norris put me in Invisalign for a few months which corrected my problem and I'm very pleased with the results.

Went in for a retainer replacement. They scanned my teeth to send off for a model of my teeth so they can create a new retainer AND that will allow me to have retainers made in the future. Wow! The orthodontist and all the staff were very kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Helena Orthodontics will win our business if we decide to seek treatment for the following reasons... We shopped around since braces are so expensive and this orthodontist was much less expensive and thought it would take less time than the others we saw. He was not pushy. In fact, he was quite honest in saying he didn't think our kiddo NEEDED braces and that no harm would come to him if we chose not to do it. That it would be purely cosmetic. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT! His office was not pushy either. I did get a follow-up call just today (over a month after consultation) and it reminded me I wanted to come back here and give them a good review. My son may change his mind and if he does, this will be our choice.

I am very pleased with my teeth! I just got my braces off today and they look great! I'm 58 and they were on for 14 months. The staff and doctors there are so nice and easy to talk to about your treatment. They answered all of my questions and quickly handled any concerns I had. They explained everything. I think Meghan worked on me each time and she is super awesome! I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs to correct their teeth!
