While mistakenly eating a piece of hard bread, I broke my bottom tooth with a filling in it. This filling was twenty-two years old and had been put there by Dr. Held Sr. It was older than some of my cars. It was now time for Dr. Held Jr. to work his magic and give me a crown so I would be able to keep the tooth. I can honestly tell you, I didn't even feel the shot. What a relief because who likes getting shots? It was a three-hour appointment, but he was done in two. When I got home, I looked into the bathroom mirror and that new tooth seriously looked better than my original tooth. What can I say, I just looked at myself in that mirror and smiled. If your dentist does not make you smile, I suggest you come here. I told him that he better be here for the next twenty-two years in case I need another one.

Dr. Held and Dr. Lau have a great office. Their staff is kind and courteous, and always helpful. I have been seen by both Doctor's and find them to be helpful and gentle.

This is the most professional, kind and gentle and pain free dentist me and my wife franny have ever had . The dentist and her dental assistant are polite, kind and do great dental work. God bless the whole dental team .

I have been rescheduled so many times for my appointments that I gave up. I am not sure why they can't make an appointment and stick to it, once would be ok twice is annoying four or five times I give up.

Have been going to this dental clinic for a few years now and have been very satisfied. Friendly and professional service. Latest cleaning was with Kathryn who was very thorough and detail-oriented. She educated me regarding addressing my little trouble spots while brushing, etc which I appreciate. Kathryn is also a very nice person and I enjoyed chatting with her.

Have been a patient of Drs. Held and Lau for years and just went for my cleaning/exam. They are totally CDC compliant and make you feel very comfortable with the new Covid-19 dental experience. Staff is wonderful!

We love Dr. Held and how thorough and kind Karen and the other hygienists are and how with-it the admins are about paperwork and costs. My family has had everything from regular checkups to temporary bonding work to help with a root canal which was referred to a good Endodontist. Recommended.
