Dr. Heise and his care team had my sons four wisdom teeth out in 45 minutes. They gave me the choice of waiting in my car or in the waiting room. When my son was out of surgery I sat with him for about 15 minutes in a recovery room. The care team was attentive. Dr. Heise came in and checked on Aiden and was very kind! The Dr. even called later and checked how my son was doing! My son had a very easy recovery which I attribute to the oral surgeon doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Dr. Heise and his team for your oral surgery needs.

I have been treated by Dr. Heise twice in the past 2 years and each time I was so impressed! His skills are top notch, the results are perfection and best of all, I've had no pain with either procedure. The office is just what you would hope for: immaculate, state of the art, everyone you encounter is compassionate and professional. Dr. Heise has earned my trust. Thank you for making a scary situation comfortable and easy (for me).

I don't usually leave reviews but this office is well deserving of one! Everyone has been extremely kind and professional and made the removal of my wisdom tooth so easy. I'm someone that gets nervous about dental procedures and Dr. Alpha answered all of my questions honestly and made me feel at ease with the entire process. I had a consultation with another surgeon before seeing Dr. Alpha and that surgeon was ready to take out all three of my wisdom teeth without rhyme or reason. His entire attitude was lackadaisical, so I decided to look elsewhere and I'm so glad I found this office. Dr. Alpha ended up telling me that it was only necessary to remove the impacted bottom one, saving me time and money. He really cares about your care instead of just trying to make as much money as possible. I highly recommend coming to Heise & Alpha OMS if you need your wisdom teeth removed!

Excellent dental experience had a wisdom tooth extracted quick and painless so far. Staff is so friendly and caring. The Dr called later that evening to see how I was doing. Can't say enough good things about this practice.

The kindest most professional folks in Sacramento! I had some work done and my experience was wonderful. Dental offices and anything with the word surgery leaves me petrified, but not here. My personal experience is with Dr. Heise and if I can give him and the office 10 stars I would!!

Dr. Alpha is by far the best dentist i have had. He was so kind and compassionate for my anxiety. I had no pain after my oral surgery. His staff held my hand and were so kind. Thank u all so much

I am so grateful for Dr. Heise and his incredible staff. Thank you for being so kind and treating me with such respect and dignity. This was the easiest surgery I have been through.

It took me over a month to get them to call me back when I was first trying to visit them. They had difficulty verifying my benefits when they did, even though I work for the state. When I went in, I felt like I was treated like cattle. It took me two weeks to get a call back for my consultation. To get a follow up consultation it was a two month wait. I don't understand why these guys have the positive reviews they do. Every experience was painful- and I'm not just talking about the tooth extraction. I gave them two stars because the gum did heal appropriately after the surgery. Customer service is poor and Dr. Heise lacks friendliness to his patients.

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed here in a day. The most you'll deal with is the recovery after. They pushed my appointment up twice for me since I told them I was having pain. Nice professional staff with extremely nice dentists.
