For starters, Carmon was a gem with having me walk in out of nowhere to schedule a consultation in the middle of her eating lunch! When I came in for my consultation a week later she was so welcoming and descriptive. Then, Bethany was so courteous when taking my scans and photos, she was done with them so quickly!! I truly appreciated that from her! Rebecca met me in a comfortable office and explained things to me so well. She was so relatable and made sure we could find a plan that met all my needs. I was stunned to find out we could start treatment same day!! As having my teeth fixed has been a dream of mine for quite some time now, that had me in tears!!!! When I started the prep for the braces to be placed on my teeth, Paige made sure I was comfortable and she was so attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to help ease my anxiety. Dr Heinz placed the brackets on so quickly and made sure everything was placed perfectly! Overall, my experience was incredible. Every staff member I interacted with was soooo helpful and soooo kind to me. I appreciate them so much and I look forward to seeing them again at my follow up appointments!! Thank you sooo kindly!!

I own and operate dental offices in the metro Detroit area. I had the privilege to work with Dr Heinz when he practiced in our area. When Dr. Heinz told me his dream was to service the area of Rockford and Grand Rapids area I was so nervous because I was not sure he would be able to work with my team anymore. Even after his move. Dr. Heinz continues to treat all 10 of our doctors clear aligners remotely. His devotion to helping his patients and his quality is so next level. I have had so many conversations with my own doctors on there own self development because he will not accept anything but the best results and his standard of care is so next level it keeps us on our game just having consultations with him If you are considering having your child's work or even your own work completed with him, Rest easy. There isn't anyone that compares.

These people are amazing! Down to earth, fun and professional all in one package. They made my whole experience of finally getting braces at 44 yrs a great one! Highly recommend.

Quite amazed how far technology has come. For how fast the whole process started, from consultation to walking out with braces. My Daughter was beyond excited to start her orthodontics adventure, Love Dr. Heinz and team! Very personable, great attitude and it shows with his upbeat and friendly staff. The follow up txt checking in on her in the evening was an awesome bonus. PS... LOVED the popsicle

I had such a great experience at Heinz Orthodontics at my first visit today! Danielle helped me get started and got to know me before getting the plan in place, Carmen got the ball rolling with pictures and x-rays while jumping more into the process, and Kate was a great assistant and hygienist to Dr. Heinz and my brackets went on quickly and easily! Dr. Heinz was wonderful to work with as well as the rest of the staff - friendly, safe, informative, and fun! Thank you so much - I can't wait to continue my orthodontic care here :)

My daughter just finished phase I treatment with Dr. Heinz! Her results are amazing! After 8 months in ortho she has a beautiful smile and is no longer sucking her thumb! We are beyond thankful to Dr. Heinz and his staff for their kindness, compassion and knowledge! My daughter cannot stop smiling!

I had a permanent retainer that broke late Thursday night. I tried to get in to see an Orthodontist on Friday to get it fixed, only to find out most offices are closed on Fridays. I called Dr. Heinz and they were fantastic enough to fit me in that afternoon. My hygienist was incredibly friendly and personable, while I saw another hygienist do what they could and play with a toddler who was antsy while waiting on his sister, making him laugh and laugh. Dr. Heinz was fantastic! While it's a simple fix, he took the time to ask questions and chat while getting the retainer secured again. In all it took only 10 minutes to get everything right again. Dr. Heinz is incredibly friendly and outgoing, which as someone who's never cared for Dental work, is extremely comforting. I highly recommend Dr. Heinz, be it for pediatrics or adults. Thanks so much for taking care of me on such short notice!

I was referred to 2 orthodontists and chose Dr. Heinz based on google reviews. The reviews don't lie, that's for sure! They were super friendly on every phone interaction and from the moment I stepped into the office I have never met such a kind and outgoing staff. All of them, including the orthodontist made my kids feel like they'd known them forever. My kiddo is shy even around family and he was outgoing with them from the moment we started. I brought my son to Heinz Orthodontics last week for a consultation. WOW. We had an outstanding experience from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone there was welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr Heinz was awesome - really personable and genuine. He was clear and direct regarding the options and plan for treatment, which was refreshing and so appreciated! My son said he was "cool" so I guess he gets the stamp of approval from him too! I will be bringing my daughter there next month and I will continue to highly recommend this office. Expectations = exceeded!

Since living in Michigan for the last 9 years I have had this constant fear in the back of my mind about my permanent retainer breaking and nobody being able to help me. I got my braces in high school, 20 plus years ago and in another state. Last Friday my fear became a reality and it happened to be the same day my our insurance ended, for one month, since my husband switched jobs. Bring on the anxiety! I immediately Googled orthodontists near me, and Heinz was the only one with weekend hours. I had my husband call right away to leave a message and he was completely blown away that Dr. Heinz himself answered the phone on a Friday night! Dr. Heinz got me in right away and helped me without hesitation or question. It was such a great experience with Dr.. Heinz and his incredible staff. When my children need to see a orthodontist, I know where I am going to take them...hands down 100% without question! If you're questioning coming here for orthodontic work, all you have to do is look at the Facebook page of Heinz Orthodontics, or Google Dr. Jeffrey Heinz and you will be truly inspired.

I always have such an enjoyable experience at Heinz Orthodontics! Dr. Heinz, Kira and Carmon all take the time to answer any questions I have and to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. They are a top notch (and fun) team and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I am on the tail end of my ortho treatment and have been very happy with the results. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist!
