Dr. Heiners Doctorate of Dental Surgery was awarded by the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, one of the most esteemed dental schools in the world. He had the distinct privilege of being the first student accepted into the universitys orthodontic program immediately after completing dental school.
Passionate about constantly broadening his knowledge, Dr. Heiner attends multiple orthodontic conferences and conventions throughout the world. Each year he exceeds the continuing education licensing requirements. The field oforthodontics sees constant innovation, and Dr. Heiner is committed to providing his patients with the highest level of leading-edge care.
Born in Ontario, OR, Dr. Heiner spent much of his youth in Utah, Peru, and southern California. He and his family have lived in Modesto since his graduation from orthodontic school. He and his wife are happy to have raised their children here and to have met so many wonderful people from the community in the process.
Dr. Heiner is very familyoriented. He loves his patients and staff members, but his very favorite hang-out people are his wife, their three children and their spouses, and nine (and counting!) grandchildren.
When not working or spending time with his family, Dr. Heiner has many hobbies. He enjoys snowskiing and waterskiing, snorkeling, swimming, biking, and golfing. Hes an accomplished sculptor, woodworker, and jewelry maker, and loves landscaping projects. His top passion, though, is photography.

I love helping people maintain their Heiner Smile. Working in our onsite lab, I craft the retainers that patients wear at the conclusion oftreatment. These keep the teeth in proper alignment and maintain patientsamazing smiles.
It's hard to believe I have been working for Dr. Heiner for over 30 years! I enjoy keeping our practice running smoothly. This allows Dr. Heiner and our team to focus on whats important: making our patients happy while we work on their smiles! I manage all aspects of our office. I also work directly with patients and parents, helping them make the most of their insurance benefits, along with handling the accounts andfinancial arrangements.
I have worked for Dr. Heiner for over 26 years. I currently work in our onsite lab making custom appliances. My goal is to provide each patient with a perfect fitting appliance to retain their beautiful 'Heiner Smile'.
I truly enjoy my career in orthodontics. When a new patient comes into our office for traditional braces or Invisalign, I am happy to walk them through the entire beginning of their new 'Heiner Smile'.
When I am not working in orthodontics I am a substitute para-educator for special needs children. I have a passion for helping my students or my patients learn, grow, and feel comfortable in any situation.
In my spare time, I enjoy working on never-ending home projects. I love to spend time with my adult son and daughter and our favorite place to go is Disneyland! I am a huge Disney fan and I love to talk and share stories about my 'happy place'. So please share your Disney stories with me!
Outside of the office, I enjoy working in my yard and playing with my two dogs, Timmy and CJ. My husband and I love baseball and we are big Giant's fans. I love spending time with my two adult children and I also love to travel.Disneyland is one of my favorite destinations. I love to shop and go on all the rides!

I enjoy meeting patients on their first visit and taking their starting photos and X-rays. I have over 17 years of experience working with Dr. Heiner. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two wonderful nephews. I also enjoy cooking for large family and friend gatherings. I have recently tried my hand at gardening...and I haven't killed anything yet! Yay!!
