Today I went in to have an old root canal tooth that had a broken metal file in my root taken out. The team of Heine & Heine was absolutely the sweetest ever! From the time I called ro schedule an appt, to me walking out after being under sedation. They walked step by step with me. Making sure I understood everything. This evening I received a call from the surgeon who did the procedure, checking on me to see how I was feeling.

RUDE HATEFUL PEOPLE WHOEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR THIS OFFICE!!! Sad, how can you be a dentist office and treat people hatefully!!

Dr. Don Heine and his staff were terrific with handling my oral surgery from the scheduling of the appointment, x-ray, surgery and post-op care. They explained everything in detail with care and compassion. The procedure took almost no time at all and I was on my way. Also, I received a 10% discount for paying in cash. It was a win/win. Thank you, Dr. Heine.

I just want to share that Dr Torey Heine is an amazing oral surgeon. He saw my daughter's issue immediately and sent us straight to the ER. Then, he performed the needed surgery and put her on the road to recovery. Thanks from the bottom of my heart Dr. Heine. God bless you.

I would like to first say, that I would rather do almost anything else than go to a dentist. The first time I was at this establishment everyone including the Dr. & Nurses were super amazing and nice........ Well about 2 month later in November I was scheduled to have my oral surger early in the morning drove from Southern Illinois to have it performed... Now I was already under the impression that I would be put under because of some of my ailments such as diabetes, epilepsy, etc.... I was trying to relax myself in the chair and politely I asked if they could put on some different music I just did not care at all for the selection they had, & in a rude tone so to say they said no! Well still assuming that I would be put under for this procedure which was approxiametly 11 extractions including a wisdom tooth, I no longer laid back in the chair and the hit me 9 ways real hard with needles to numb me up, & boy was I in pain during the whole procedure!!! Left around 2 1/2 hours or so later in a wheelchair in so much brutal pain, it was all I could do too make it back home from Kentucky to Southern Illinois. I would spend the next 3-4 days in bed hurting, my mouth throbbing, & spitting out blood constantly..... If anything I am upset about it is that I was lied too, about being put out for the procedure, & I could have just let someone local do it, I am also highly upset over the fact that my insurance did not pay for this, so I had too go and take out a serious major loan to have it done!!! An to top it off they did not even do the whole procedure correctly, about 1 week ago I kept feeling something weird in my mouth right by where the Dr. was supposed to have taken the wisdom tooth out, barely touched it an half of a piece of what was remaining of tooth came out with blood!!! It will be quite some time before I will be making a visit to a Dentist Office this did me in!!!

The staff was great they were very friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Tory Heine was extremely nice and caring. He even called to check on me after I was home recovering. I highly recommend this office they are wonderful.

I came here on a recommendation and they did not disappoint from the receptionist to the dr, everyone was so caring and friendly! I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this place!!

My 8 y/o had a tooth extracted. She was anxious about the procedure going in! Everyone was wonderful with her from beginning to end! Dr. Heine made sure I was aware of what he was doing step-by-step! I would definitely recommend!

Two men from our house had wisdom teeth cut out the same day. Excellent doctors and excellent staff. I would highly recommend them anytime for any oral surgery. Very caring and good work. Thank you for a job well done.

I had oral surgery this morning and while no one really wants to do that they were great! Everyone from the first check in to the dental assistant who helped me out was great! Costs were clearly communicated up front. This is my second experience with this office and I would highly recommend.

Dr. Bowles performed a difficult extraction for our 6 year old daughter. He communicates very well, took time to make our daughter as comfortable as possible with the process, and the procedure went smoothly. We would highly recommend.

Dr. Bowles and his staff was absolutely amazing with me. I was very anxious to have my wisdom tooth removed and had quite an experience with my Dentist thinking that he could remove it in his office before being told to find an oral surgeon and go that route. After calling oral surgeons in Cape Girardeau Mo with no appointments for a month or months in some places I called Heine, Heine and Bowles in desperation. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the beginning. I had an appointment within days and was treated with such kindness and respect from the time I walked in until I walked out. I cannot thank the staff enough for the treatment and kindness I was shown. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. When they tell you if you have any problems to let them know, it is not because they are there to help, it is so they can charge more! They will tell you they need an x-ray each time, at a cost of over $300. Even though I have dental insurance, I had to pay all costs up front. I am not one to leave many reviews, but I am for this practice in an attempt to help others steer clear of this greedy, deceptive business. I am not affiliated with any dental or medical practice, just someone hoping to help others.

Hands down the best dentist in the world. It is hard to find a dentist that cares more and shows his concern for the patient like D.M.D. R.Donald Heine. I will never be able to repay him for his kindness and genuine caring. Office staff and the assistance were very nice and helpful even had me laughing after 4 teeth were pulled. If you want a dentist that cares and cares about your health and well being and treats you like your family and not just another dollar look no further. Again thank you so much for everything.
