I love this practice! The moment you walk in to the moment you leave every staff member is friendly and helpful. I have to admit Im not a huge fan of the dentist, Dr. Heine and his staff put me at ease and I walk out of there informed, comfortable and not stressed out.

I'm a very nervous patient, but Dr. Heine and his assistants always do their best to keep me calm. I actually find myself relaxing and laughing during my visit. Not only do they take care of my mental state, but they also take very good care of my teeth!

They are professional, kind, caring and go above and beyond to make both myself and my son comfortable at each and every visit. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! :-)
My experience was the best! Deb was a delight and very knowledgeable, she explained each procedure and why, so it was a learning experience. Dr. Heine was also extremely nice and as well explained what he saw and offered to spend time to explain options. I am so happy I was recommended to them.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They take pride in their work and care about patients. It's nice that the whole family can come to the same practice. We highly recommend this facility. My son also recently started sees their orthodontist (Dr. Morrison) and she is great!

Doctor Heine and staff are all great. My family have used their services for years. We have never experienced any problems going here. They will take care of you and your family. And will address any concerns you may have before hand. Update: The office has moved to 12 Penns Trail Suite A Newtown Pa 18940.

Our first encounter with this office was during an emergency dental crisis (a playground accident) and since then, I swear by their exceptional care for my children. From the moment I make an appointment, I know we're in good hands, the exceptionally good hands of EVERYONE on staff. I appreciate the friendly text appointment reminders, any call to the office is always accepted with courtesy and kindness along the way, the care is always the best. If you want a dentist office you look forward to going to, never fear, and treats you wonderfully, this is the one.

Dr. Heine is a wonderful dentist! I have been getting excellent care for the past 12 years at his office. Recently I had a chip in my front tooth and Dr. Heine squeezed me in to repair it and it looks great.His staff is professional and also very cheerful. I highly recommend Dr. Heine for all of your dental needs!

Dr. Heine and his team are THE BEST! Although the office had been closed due to the COVID 19 quarantine, he and his team have been opening to handle emergency dental needs. Yesterday, I broke a back tooth that had a crown on it. He opened the office to address my issue. Over the years, he has handled all of my dental needs in a TOTALLY professional manner. So glad that he and his capable team are always there when I need them.

I have received excellent dental care from Dr. Heine and Debbie the hygienist. Dr. Heine is a skilled and personable practitioner. Debbie is very careful not to cause pain and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I am very satisfied.
