Worst dental experience I have ever had. I was told that I was seeing Dr. Fullmer for my fillings as he was my dentist in his own practice prior to him moving to Westport. I was seen by a completely different dentist that wasn't even listed at their practice because he had just graduated. Come to find out from my insurance, he was out of network and they did not tell me but they "wrote it off like I saw Dr. Fullmer" so it was fine, they said. I was in excrutiating pain after the fillings that I was not in beforehand. All they did was check the bite and did nothing else for my pain that they caused. I got a second opinion and during my dental exam with a different dentist I had two of my fillings completely fall out and another that had to be replaced. Now after almost 3 months of pain I have had to work with my insurance to try and get reimbursed for this work so I can get the proper care. What a nightmare. Please be careful.

I'm very appreciative of Dr. Fullmer and his staff. I like that they are proactive as much as possible in order to avoid having to be reactive. They are always friendly. There is rarely ever a wait. The office is very nice and always clean.

Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. I have been with this office for 41 years and when Dr. Heinbach and Larkin took over the practice it was seamless. They are both great!

I had a very good experience at my dental cleaning today with my new dental hygienist Jen and with the dental practice overall. Everyone in the office was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. Jen was very thorough, skilled, and kind. I was impressed with all the COVID-19 precautions that were in place and I felt very safe. Dr. Larkin is always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you all!
