Dr. Heim has offered general dentistry in Glastonbury since 1986. He has completed numerous continuing education courses to expand the range of services he offers, including being inducted as a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He is also proud to offer dental sleep medicine services. Dr. Carroll has practiced dentistry in Glastonbury since 2001. As a member of the prestigious Spear Study Club, Dr. Carroll has continued to expand his knowledge and skill in reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry. He also offers dental implant placement and restoration.

Dr. Brad Heim had an unusual orthodontic problem during his childhood, so his parents took him to see Dr. Risinger, an orthodontist in Glastonbury. Dr. Risinger always took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of Dr. Heims questions. Dr. Risinger became his role model, and he motivated Dr. Heim to pursue dentistry, as a career that would allow him to help people, work with his hands, and challenge his intellect at the same time.
Dr. Heim graduated from The University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1985 and completed a general practice residency at The University of Rochester. He joined the dental practice of Dr.William Liebman in Glastonbury in 1986.
Dr. Heims lifelong pursuit of continuing education has resulted in many awards. He achieved Mastership in The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) in 2011. The Mastership Award is the highest honor available in the AGD and one of the most respected designations in general dentistry. Less than 2% of general dentists in the United States are Masters with the AGD.
Dr. Heim is a Fellow of The Pierre Fauchard Academy (PFA). The PFA is an International Dental Honor Society whose members are distinguished for their contributions to the dental profession and public service to the general community. He earned the Fellowship award from The Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD) in 2016. The ALD strives to push the boundaries of dentistry and improve patient care through the use of lasers.
Dr. Heim achieved Diplomate status in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) in 2020. The AADSM is the leading national organization representing dentists who treat sleep-disordered breathing.
Dr. Heims interest in dentistry goes beyond the dental office. He serves the Connecticut community as clinical co-chair of Connecticut Mission of Mercy (CT MOM). He also serves internationally as a Board member of DDS International Incorporated, a non-profit organization providing free dental care to the underserved in Guatemala where he has provided dental care for the past 15 years.
