I usually dread going to the dentist, but this place has been so great that I don't dread it anymore. The staff is friendly, and my gums/teeth are never in pain during/after appointments!

If I could rate my fears, the dentist would be near the top. Everyone at this office has been super welcoming, empathetic to my anxiety, and gentle. Two thumbs up.

Dr. Prates and the entire crew always take great care of our family! They keep us tuned up with regular cleanings and checkups, and only resort to more complex procedures when they become necessary. Highly recommended!

I honestly don't like going to the dentist and will put it off til' the last minute and I know that's awful but with that said I know I have an infection and right away the front desk helped me out and set me up ASAP and got me in. Dr. Prates was amazing and took his time to explain things to me and helped me understand things. And I absolutely loved Carol! Super awesome women. I definitely recommend Heights Family Dental! Great staff

Had a filling replaced recently to close an open contact area that was painfully trapping food and really making it pretty miserable to chew some days. Dr. Prates did a great job of assessing the problem, suggesting a solution, then replacing the filling under local anesthesia (injected almost painlessly, I might add). It's worked like a charm . . . I'm so pleased with the results: I can eat and chew without pain in that spot anymore! And the cost of the procedure was very reasonable. 5 stars!!
