Dr. Brandenburg bought this Edina practice in 1990 and has never looked back. Her determination to offer the Minneapolis area and its suburbs the best in cosmetic and restorative dentistry is why she chose to open her own practice, and it continues to motivate her to this day. Good enough just isnt good enough for Dr. Brandenburg. Thats what both her staff and her patients love about her. They know they can count on her to deliver the best when it comes to perfecting and restoring even the most damaged smiles.

Dr. Brandenburg has also been actively involved with Spear Education, the learning center founded by Dr. Frank Spear, one of the worlds finest restorative dentists, for the ultimate in continuing dental education.

With a passion to succeed, Dr. Brandenburg graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1988. The University of Minnesota offered Dr. Brandenburg a teaching position which she was honored to accept. For the next ten years in addition to private practice, as a Professor in General Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota Hospital, Dr. Brandenburg trained dentists on the treatment of medically compromised patients. She also spent 4 years on staff at the dental facility within Regions Hospital and at the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center for the mentally ill.
With an eye on the future and dedicated to continue and enhance her education and skill, Dr. Brandenburg has completed and continues to enroll in clinical course work relating to comprehensive care, esthetic and implant dentistry. She has completed extensive post-graduate training programs in esthetic dentistry at the University of Minnesota and the L.D. Pankey Institute. The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies focuses on the extensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of occlusal dysfunction (problems with how upper and lower teeth come together).
Locally, Dr. Brandenburg maintains her commitment to various study clubs and councils, including the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a 10+ year member of the City of Lakes Study Club, and Twin Cities Periodontics Study Club. Dr. Brandenburg meets monthly with other dentists and specialists to further study diagnostic and treatment techniques. She also has served on the Executive Council and numerous committees for the Minneapolis District Dental Society.
Recognizing the true value of overall health, Dr. Brandenburg enjoys running (a few marathons to her credit), skiing and anything active! As a former figure skater, she also enjoys watching figure skating competitions. However, the activity she enjoys most is spending time with her two sons.
Angela is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire with a Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration. Before joining our practice, she had worked managing assisted living communities, which introduced her to the high level of personalized care that we provide to all of our patients. She loves hearing peoples stories and making connections with them she says these connections help her see how we can better serve their needs, both now and in the long-term.
Outside of work, Angela loves spending time with her family, running, skiing, and golfing. Shes also a merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts and is active with both her sons Boy Scout Troop and her daughters Girl Scout Troop. She also loves touring breweries, seeing live music, and seriously loves miniature Weiner dogs (just ask her!).
Jenny is a 1995 graduate of Lakeland Dental Academy, and shes been an extremely essential part of our team for two decades. As a licensed dental assistant, youll see Jenny in the office working chairside with the doctor. Jenny loves working with people and says its one of the biggest reasons she chose to pursue a career in dentistry. Shes stayed at the office for so many years because of the awesome patients, teammates, and doctor. What would Jenny be doing if she wasnt a dental assistant? She says shed probably make a living as a professional organizer. Patients and team members alike love Jenny because shes caring, passionate, competent, professional, and loves a good conversation. In her free time, Jenny is either traveling to an exciting new destination with her family or relaxing with a good book.
Teri graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University at Mankato before completing her Masters Degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota. Her love of science led her the medical field, and her love of people led her to dentistry. She loves meeting new people and building relationships with them so that she can be a part of their journey to improved oral and overall health. Outside of work, Teri is married with two kids, loves to run and do DIY projects, but most importantly, she loves to spend time with family and friends.
