I had Dr Heflin look at my mouth after another office smashed a bone spur during a dental cleaning with her dental tool causing me a month of pain. Dr Heflin is amazing and I give him 5 stars because of his ethics. He didn't charge me for more than what I needed and I can build trust on that. He didn't nickel and dime me just took care of what was needed. My last cleaning at Dr Heflin's was amazing and with no issues at all. I've had dentists where the assistants get nit picky about your glasses or your phone pinging a text by accident and was not on silent. (Life is extremely busy and we need to make a living even if our phone goes off by accident for work). The staff is friendly even when you have to call them for a reminder of the appointment.

I cant say enough good things about this office. I had to have a LOT of work done and I had a lot of anxiety going in. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful, and they will work with you on appointments if you need to get in early. Not to mention with your anxiety levels. I was scared of my first appointment, but once they talked me through what we were going to do I was fine, and they worked with me on it. I used to dread going to the dental office, and now I look forward to going to see the staff. My mouth was a hot mess and they gave me my smile back. If you need full mouth restoration, this is place to go. I cant thank you enough!

Dr. Tom was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy she did! I needed a tooth pulled and had waited a WEEK for my other dentist to "fit me in" to pull it.(among other irritating things from the OTHER dentist) My pain was excruciating. Dr. Tom's office was able to get me in the very next morning of my phone call. I have a fear of dentists, as most of us do probably! It told him all about it and he said he totally understood and was SUPER SUPER SUPER kind and gentle to me. He pulled my tooth painlessly. Woo Hoo! He even called me that evening to check on me to make sure I was doing ok. And I am. Totally. The slight discomfort that I might feel today is NOTHING compared to the pain I was feeling for the last week. His staff is equally sweet and kind. I will never forget how they treated me. This man is definitely doing the right thing for a living. Thank you Dr. Tom!!!

Dr. Tom Heflin is the only dentist, I know, whose precision dental skills have evolved into artistic craftsmanship. As seen in my x-rays. Dental technicians Tonya and Allie do first rate work, especially with the finish work on temporary caps. The front office is run by Val. She prioritized my dental work and then set a schedule to complete this work. The health of your teeth is critical. I recommend Dr. Tom Heflin to be your dentist.

Dr. Heflin's dentistry office is professional and helpful. I am mostly impressed with how friendly and understanding the staff is. I have a 2 year old who loves going to see the dentist - thanks to how patient and great the staff is. Dr. Heflin is always courteous. It's great to feel the office genuinely cares about patients.

It had been over 20 years since I'd seen a dentist for a cleaning (I know, don't judge me! And surprise- no cavities lol) I was recommended Dr. Heflin by my orthodontist Dr. Haltom and am so glad that I went. I literally just got home from my second cleaning with Janelle Lovin was my dental hygienist and will be from now on. She has over 25 years experience and did just such an incredible and detailed job cleaning my teeth, answering questions and even recommending a periodontist. I'm so thankful that I've found a dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with. Highly recommend this team :) -Collin

My husband, daughter and myself are all new patients of his. Given my many bad and painful experiences with multiple different dentists, Heflin is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. Him and all his staff are extremely nice and do their best to make your visit as comfortable as possible. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

Still dealing with a root canal that Dr. Heflin put in, and it has been hurting ever since. I went to another dentist and they did X-rays..and said that whoever did the root canal....it was done very poorly!!!! I would say, beware of letting this dentist do a root canal...it is very expensive and even after I went back a week later telling them it was very painful, they took no responsibility. The office may look great, but beware..I paid $1000 and now I have to have it taken out...this dentist doesn't do root canals right, and the way they handled it was so unprofessional. I know google doesn't show other reviews like mine, and I don't know what that is about...because if you find his name on other websites you will see that other people are saying the same thing about this dentist.

Highly recommend Dr Tom and his staff. The atmosphere is friendly and engaging from the modern, clean & bright facilities to the pleasant greetings I get on every visit. Gloria is the same hygienist I've had since the beginning and she's the best! Procedures are performed with a minimum of discomfort. Great care is shown when monitoring my pain threshold. Overall I feel comfortable and confident with the dental care I receive from Dr Tom and his staff, they are professionals!

Such a great place, everytime I have a appointment I know I'm in great hands, Dr. Tom an his whole staff are very friendly and welcoming. I always leave with a smile!!!! Highly recommended
