I was not happy with the services received. Also the prices are quite high. Had to look for another dentist.

Went to the trouble of switching my dental insurance to Dr. Koh after explaining to her front office person that I needed emergency attention for a bonding that chipped off a front tooth. I was told she did cosmetic bonding and it was even in her new patient packet that I received. But when I saw Dr. Koh she said she didn't do bonding and recommended the most expensive fix, not covered by my insurance. She had zero compassion in letting me walk out the door with a discolored, unsightly front tooth. There were several other options to fix this tooth but she was obviously not in the mood and couldn't be bothered to bond the tooth, even temporarily, I'm guessing because there just wasn't enough profit in it for her. Would not recommend someone so cold.

I started going to this dentist a year ago and she's definitely the best I've been to. She will explain everything very clearly and is very patient with questions. She is very clear on why she is doing something, and even showed me how to interpret my x rays (at a basic level). Office is very clean and nice, and her front desk staff are very attentive and easy to schedule with. Most importantly, she doesn't jab you in the mouth! I've had dentists be rough and just kinda... shove things around but not her. She is gentle. Oh, and when I was having issues with insurance, they helped me figure it out and were super understanding.

I have been coming to this very same dentist office ever since I was 6 years old. Each and every dentist to have owned this location has been top notch but let me tell you why Dr. Koh rocks! She is incredibly gentle when she has to go in and do work on my teeth, so much so I usually just take a nap once I lay down! They are always willing to work with you to create a payment plan as well, and go above and beyond with making sure patients arrive at their appointments on time. I know my teeth are in great hands with Dr. Koh for years to come :)

Very friendly staff. The Doctor is very professional and she explains everything to you. Friendly and easy to talk to. Nice clean office. Highly recommended.

I had to get a filling and was very scared to get any treatment done. Dr Koh talked me through the process and answered any questions I had. She worked quickly and made sure I didn't experience any discomfort. The staff were very professional and respectful. The office itself was clean and organized. I love Dr. Koh and would recommend her to everyone !

I had a loose tooth that was half broken. I bit down on a piece of ice and my tooth cracked in half. Then when I would drink something cold or eat ice cream it was painfully. I was a walk-in here and the dentist saw me in about 5 minutes. He recommended that he extract the tooth. I agreed and he gave me a shot so it did not hurt. He was very polite and asked me many time if he was hurting me. The shot did the trick and I felt no pain. He had the tooth out in minutes. I was very happy and had no more pain. Highly recommend

Dr Koh is amazing. She is so kind and very gentle with my sensitive teeth. I know I will have my teeth for a lifetime under her care. The staff are amazing too. Love Christine and the others...so caring and professional!

Dr. Koh gives so much personal attention to her patients. She greets me when I walk in and she does the teeth cleaning. I really appreciate her personal attention and concern for me as a patient.
