Dr. Usha Hecht graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1997. Prior to studying at Dental School, she attended Indiana University in Bloomington. Dr. Hecht has been practicing for over 20 years in the Carmel area. Since she began practicing dentistry, Dr. Hecht has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.Dr. Hecht is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association and the Indianapolis District Dental Society. Her philosophy demands every patient recieves professional dental care. She enjoys building long term relationships with her patients and watching them grow over the years.
Stephanie has a long standing relationship with Dr. Hecht as a dental assistant dating back 23 years. Life changes caused her to move out of state. Fortunately for Dr. Hecht she moved back to Indiana. She started back in 2016 in the front office. She is a vital asset to the office doing a multitude of tasks including coordinating insurance benefits. She resides in Arcadia. She likes to spend her free time crafting and spending time with her family.
Alyssa joined our team in 2016. She is a graduate of Kaplan College with a degree as a certified dental assistant. She also holds an Indiana University certificate for Coronal Polishing and Fluoride Application. She has a very caring and compassionate heart. She has a passion for increasing her dental knowledge, always keeping up with current trends. She resides in Sheridan with her husband and 2 cats, Luke and Leia. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to shop and craft!
Heather joined our team in 2018. She earned her expanded duty dental assisting degree in 2017. She also received her certificate for Coronal Polishing and Fluoride Application from Indiana University. She has a very free spirit and keeps the team on their toes. She is originally from Avon. She loves spending time with her friends!

I'm very happy with Dr Hecht. She does beautiful work and obviously is passionate about her work. Her staff is great too. I will be referring people to this office.

Dr Hecht and her staff are friendly and kind. They were able to fit our son in quickly after a chipped tooth and that made me feel better that he wouldn't have to deal with it for another day. I like that they text reminders and also have the option to do more communication via text. Our whole family sees her.

The staff is extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Hecht has gone above and beyond for all of my visits. Covid precautions are taken seriously. At the office there is currently a check in and check out process available over the phone and sanitizing products were offered on my exit.

Friendly and professional service, Dr. Hecht and her team are a well-oiled machine who are excellent communicators. I was nervous going in, but leaving felt excited and like I finally understood what was going on with my dental health. The entire team is a joy. If you're looking for a dentist who gives excellent care and wants to make sure you're informed and involved in your health then this is the place to go!

I'm so glad that I finally stopped procrastinating finding a new dentist! Everyone's friendliness helped a lot to ease my dread I'd arrived with of knowing I'd be facing my first crown and who knew what else. Now I feel like I'm in good hands.
