As an orthodontist, its rewarding to watch each of my patients blossom, and gain self-confidence as their smile improves. Many patients begin care ashamed to smile and uncomfortable with their appearance. As they begin to see their teeth shift into correct alignment, and the change that makes in their smile, they become more comfortable with themselves. Im thrilled when they start smiling and laughing with my team and me.
I love the relationships Ive developed with patients and their families. In many ways, they have become part of my own family. I am honored to be entrusted with a persons treasured smile, and take that responsibility seriously.
Each year I complete many hours of continuing education (CE). Through CE I am able to remain current on techniques and technology. This ensures Im able to provide the best care experience and results for my patients.
I particularly enjoy webinars, because they allow me to learn without having to travel. Im also a member of the Seattle Study Club. The study club brings together general dentists and specialists to share our experience and knowledge. We work together to diagnose and treat complex cases.
My loving wife, Rosa, is incredibly supportive. Shes been instrumental in the success of the practice. We have two beautiful and precious daughters, Madison and Sophia and my son Jackson. Each day my family brings joy into my life.

I have been in the orthodontic field for over 9 years where I have been an Assistant, Treatment Coordinator and now a Finanical and Marketing Coordinator. I love everything about Orthodontics and I have worked for Dr To since March 2017. Hebron Orthodontics is such a loving , fun filled office and all our staff is here to make your experience wonderful and make you feel like you have a second new home. My job here is to help you with any financial questions you may have and to make our atmosphere fun and exciting!! I also love that we are very active in the community as well. I have 3 beautiful grown children and a wonderful boyfriend. I am a huge sports person and my teams are Mavs, Rangers and Cowboys. I am also a big runner and cant leave out my sweet Dakota Marie ( My Shorkie that is 7)

When Im not working, I love to travel with my husband and young daughter. Traveling the world has always been a dream of mine and were slowly achieving it. Our family also has two amazing, well-loved dogs.

What can I say that already hasn't been said. Dr. To and his office are all amazing. Such a happy environment with wonderful people. At the suggestion of my dentist I saw Dr. To for Invisalign. Im 55 years old and was definitely concerned. After speaking with 3 orthodontists I went with Dr. To. I am beyond pleased with my results and really glad I picked Dr. To. A++++++

Hebron orthodontics is amazing. I got my braces off, they look great. They are always so friendly and ask you how you are feeling about your teeth. They make sure to ask if there is any changes you want made. If you are looking for a good orthodontist this is the place to go!!

I had my invisilgn done here at Hebron Orthodontics. Staffs are very friendly and professional, Dr. To is always super patient with everyone. Price is fair and more affordable compared to other dental offices nearby. Overall, I'd recommend this place to everyone.

We love Dr. To and Hebron Orthodontics! Everyone is so friendly and always answers your questions with a smile. I appreciate the attention to detail given. My son's teeth look amazing! Dr. To is very knowledgeable on treatment options. Other orthodontist offices wanted to pull my son's teeth (which we did not want to do), but Dr. To used the Carriere Distalizer to correct the bite without removing permanent teeth. We are forever grateful for this - Thank you Dr. To! I highly recommend Hebron Orthodontics!

Amazing team at Hebron! To and his lovely ladies helped me turn my biggest concern as an adult into a fun and amazing experience! They choose the easiest and safest treatment for me while making sure I understood the care. Invisalign was not what I intended to do but I am so grateful for Dr. To for choosing the better path for me! Adults don't need to be nervous coming here! They make you feel absolutely wonderful.
