This place has gone downhill in the past year. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I really enjoyed my experience at this office and have been a patient for a few years now, but recently their service has been unsatisfactory on so many levels. They've lost, and not replaced, the dentist and specialist they had servicing patients. I cannot get one person from the front office to call me back to resolve an issue that's been ongoing for months. I'm out over $1500 for services that have not been rendered and they don't even have the decency to call or email me back after stating that they will when I've finally gotten a hold of someone or gone to the office in person in desperation. Avoid this place at all costs. My next call is to the BBB to report this office and dental group since they are so unresponsive and unwilling to fix the mess that they created. Highly unprofessional and frustrating.

My hygentist today was Alfredo who was gentle, very knowledgeable & taking the time to answer all my questions. Quality & time are becoming unique business features these days. Well done Alfredo & HPDC.

"Why I won't continue as a patient" On 2/2/22, I was scheduled for a 4 PM MT cleaning that had already been rescheduled twice prior due to the office's staffing issues that prompted them to cancel/reschedule. After the last cancelled appointment in December of 2021, I was already feeling unvalued as a patient as previous appointments left me feeling I received a poor cleaning or was left waiting for long periods of time and then feeling rushed. On Wednesday the 2nd, we were having a snow storm. After all, it's Colorado. I drove to my appointment with plenty of time and was shocked to arrive to a locked door and closed office (lights off and all). No sign on the door or any information on what was going. What made all this perplexing is that I received my appointment reminder text that day at 2:01 PM MT stating "...you're scheduled to see Heather Park Dental Care: today at 4:00 PM..." address and all of where I was standing, in the cold and snow for a clearly, poorly communicated office closure. I called in that moment, left a voicemail of my concern and situation. And here it is two weeks later, and not one person reached out to apologize, try to reschedule or otherwise. This is not how to treat people. Period. I understand "stuff" happens and things are sometimes out of our control, but do better. Truly, there are some issues that need to be worked out at this location. I hope you do as you will not have me as a patient any longer. Good luck and Godspeed.

Overall, pretty good experience. Hygienist was very good! Dr Niquette made sure that everything was satisfactory. I will definitely continue going here!

I've been very unhappy with this place for the last few years. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they failed me again. I contacted the front desk to cancel my upcoming appointment and inquired what the process was to transfer my records over to the new dentist. The front desk gal literally changed her tone and hung up on me. I have been a patient of theirs for 15+years. I use to loved the staff at the time. Dr. Evans was great and I got to see the same hygienist at almost every appointment. Never had any problems. Once they changed their practice it was like a revolving door with the Docs and the hygienist. I never saw the same one... It absolutely sucked! My cleanings became painful and I started to dread going there every six months. I had a life time supply of whitening gel and paid to have the whitening trays. At my last cleaning, I requested a refill and they told me I had to buy their prepackaged whitening gel or to just buy whitening gel off AMAZON. Poor service all around. I'm glad I made the decision to move on...

Excellent Dentist, I had been using another dentist that had issues fitting me. They spent 2 hours fitting me to make sure my dentures will fit right the first time.

super nice people. the dental hygienist was very nice and informative about dental hygiene without being a nag. Her assistant was very gentle and congenial. I really like Dr. Niquette. I'll keep going there as long as she works there.

I use to love this practice. From front to back the staff was amazing. Professional, Kind and fun. This office went under a new owner and change over to the front staff. I can't say I had a terrible experience with Dr. Martinez, I can say that the new front staff was terrible. I had a bill that kept coming when the service I had were 100% covered. I must have called 10 times, seems impossible to get a call back or have this matter cleared up. The front staff was also very unprofessional, It was almost like you were around a bunch of caddy high school "mean girls". They would whisper each time a client would walk in, starring mostly the woman down, laughing and giggling. I than realized the last time i was in that one of the staff members was someone i went to school with a zillion years ago, she was a terrible bully back then and could tell she clearly hadn't changed. She was whispering about me to her colleagues, I was now able to put 2 & 2 together on why my messages were not being returned, bill matter was not cleared up and I had an appointment scheduled, that allegedly got cancelled and when I tried to reschedule, 4 times for my bi-annual cleaning they seemingly could NOT get me in! So I changed Dental Practices. Highly recommend who ever does the hiring for this practice hire professional and not the caddy immature mean girl club. I also expect my bill matter to finally be taken care of.

After going here for a cleaning last year I was told I needed a deep cleaning every 3 months and that I had gum disease. I went to a new dentist recently and was told this is not the case at all. I was billed over $400 for services that cost $80 at my new dentist. I feel as though I was told this so they could bill as much as possible. They've tried to get me to come back and I refuse. As for Dr. Martinez, I'm very disappointed in his "bedside" manner. During my fillings when he was curing them with the light he'd shut his eyes as if he was napping. Not a great feeling.

Don't go here. The service has been declining over the last few years. I never even see the same hygenist or doctor any more, they stopped doing the "lifetime supply of whitening gel" and now they just sent me a bill from a year ago. It seems they updated their billing system and now the lady on the phone was rude and inturrupted me and gave me a different amount than what is on the statement. Very disorganized and sinking further into chaos.
