Dr. Heather Wilmore earned her bachelor of arts degree in biology/premed from Baylor University in Waco. She went on to earn a bachelor degree of science in nursing from Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing in Dallas. Her doctorate in dental science was issued by the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston.
Dr. Wilmore started her path in healthcare as an emergency room volunteer in 1991. Later on she became a pediatric ICU nurse and a ground and flight transport nurse at Texas Childrens Hospital. All this experience and education led Dr. Wilmore to dentistry where she strives to bring healthy, beautiful smiles to her patients.
Before opening her private dental practice in 2008, Dr. Wilmore completed many courses in business management and office design. She is a Top 1% provider of Invisalign in the country and the only general dentist to hold this status in the state of Texas, currently. She is also one of the only dentists in the Houston/Galveston and surrounding areas that provides comprehensive dental care to special needs.
To give back to the community, Dr. Wilmore volunteers at the Star of Hope; she lectures at the dental school; and children know her as the dentist who came to my school. Dr. Wilmore enjoys reading, traveling, sailing, cooking and spending time with her 2 dogs, Rocksiee and Kingston, her friends and family.
Shelita was born and raised in North Carolina. She graduated from the university of NC at chapel Hill with a bachelors degree in dental hygiene. She has been practicing for 15 years and loves what she does. In her spare time, she loves to travel, play with her mini schnauzer Sascha and spending time with her family and friends.

I was referred by a coworker and this was definitely the BEST experience I've ever had at a dental office! The office was clean and very welcoming. The whole staff is professional and extremely personable. I have really bad anxiety and from the moment I called to book my appointment...I knew I was in good hands. They make you feel comfortable and they won't add services you don't need which was something I was very worried about due to negative experiences with other dental offices. I'm SO happy to have found my permanent dentist office.

This Dentist office is very professional, caring, down to earth & kind. This is a very very good Dentist. Her entire staff: hygienist, assistants, Office Mgr., Office Secty. are All excellent workers. Everyone is respectful and excellent, competent dental work is given here. The office is very clean sterile. You feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend going to this Dentist. She is a 5* I know a few people who went here including My brother and my mom also.

Had to find a new dentist who was closer and heard about Heather Wilmore through a friend who highly recommended her. I even switched my dental insurance to ge able to go here. It was a great checkup and cleaning. I would recommend Heather Wilmore. All her staff was very courteous and professional.

I used to go to Dr. Wilmore and would not recommend her even for Invisalign. She was not proficient keeping up with her patients treatment. I had minor work that was needed. Long story straight it took nearly five years and still was not fully done. I was originally told that in 8-10 months I would be done as several other dentist did too when getting quotes.

I wanted to wait until I finished my Invisalign treatment before writing a review, and I just finished it a few days ago, so here I am. I honestly couldn't be any happier with my entire experience. Dr. Wilmore personally and immediately responded to a question I had about the Invisalign promotion - on a weekend! She makes herself available to her patients, and is super friendly every time. The ladies in the office are super nice every single time you call (Tory is amazing) and every time you check out (Miss Rose is always friendly and personable). The dental assistants are great too. And to top it all off, after 5.5 months of Invisalign treatments, my teeth have completely transformed and look absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Wilmore and her entire team excel at customer service with a smile and excellent results. Go in!

Dr. Wilmore and her staff are exceptional, they make the patients feel at ease, are very competent, caring, respectful, helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure the patients are well cared for. I love the Office staff : office Mgr., secretary, dental assistants, hygienist and last but not least the dentists' working there are very very good. I would not want any other Dentist other than Dr. Heather Wilmore. Extra accolades to her office Mgr. and front desk Secty. They are a God send. I see that Dr. Wilmore office/ place of business is greatly attributed to her wonderful, kind and professional office staff. I love my Dentist she is #1 top dentist. I had so many prior bad dental experiences from other dentist elsewhere. I was afraid to go to another Dentist. I am not going anywhere else but to Dr. Wilmore office. I feel at ease getting my dental work done from her team. I highly recommend this Dentist to others.

Worst customer service ever. They have a really "attractive" offer that has been on Groupon forever regarding Invisalign. They do indeed give you exactly what it states... provide you with Invisalign trays. That's about as far as it goes... the dentist, Heather Wilmore is only interested in making quick cash, but not spending the time to see what is best for the patient. I stopped going to this place long ago, and discontinued my treatment due to their incompetence, rudeness, and feeling properly taken care of during visits. Fast forward, they were not even diligent enough to follow up on me after discontinuation of the treatment to remove attachments. After being told it was a courtesy should you decide to remove, they are telling me there is a charge. They also are insinuating there are mysterious no show fees from appointments I never scheduled. Not only is the office unprofessional and rude it's just not up to standard. There are better offices in Houston than a Groupon!

I was greeted very warmly by the staff members that I saw, and the dentist was just as warm in her greeting. I was very comfortable because of the hospitality, and very impressed with how fast everything went. I was expecting to be there longer than I actually was! My twins came out of the dentist office saying, "We did great! No cavities! And it didn't even hurt!" :-) Shelita (dental hygienist) was so patient with my little men and was very careful and patient with her approach. Best part? When Dr. Wilmore said, "Good news, dad. Your kids have no cavities." :-) I got my teeth cleaned, too. I guess you could call it a Father-Son-Son dentist day. Thanks, Dr. Wilmore! We enjoyed our visit and chatting with everyone in your office.

Man those women are great. I'm in the military. LHI forced me to see her for my yearly exam. I was so impressed I switched my whole family. My kids went there today and they loved the experience.
