Dr. Petroff has a friendly and professional styleand takes advantage of every advancement in dental technology. We are passionate about using both dental and technological advancements to provide the best dental care, she says. The use of technology to manage patient information allows us to spend more time with our patients and deliver the highest standard of care.
We also provide a comprehensive array of services that include general dentistry and hygiene, restorative care, such as fillings and crowns, and cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Petroff also offers orthodontic treatment with Invisalign and treatment for temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ).
Dr. Petroff is also committed to the use of the most advanced dental technology to improve our patients experience during their treatments. In addition to digital X-rays, ultrasonic scalers, and intra-oral cameras, Dr. Petroff now uses a Solea laser that helps her fill cavities quickly, without drills, noises, or needles, and perform gum treatments without bleeding. Currently, about 1% of dentists in the U.S. (about 300 total) possess this laser, and Dr. Petroff is one of them. Imagine having a cavity filled without needles to numb you, or the sound and sensations of drills!
Dr. Petroff earned a Bachelors degree with honors in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington on a softball scholarship. She went on to receive her Masters degree in Child Clinical Psychology from West Virginia University. She earned her DDS from Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine.
Her dental residency was completed at the University Hospitals of Cleveland with a concentration in pediatric, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. Dr. Petroff was presented with the Pediatric Dentistry and Public Health Dentistry Award for her dedication to dental school and residency program.
Recently, she was named to Benco Dental Supplys Top 40 Dentists Under 40 and has been selected as a Cleveland Top Dentist since 2006 by her peers. Dr. Petroff is a member of many local and national dental organizations. Her participation includes the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, Ohio Dental Association, and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. Every dentist is required to maintain 40 hours of continuing education every two years. But Dr. Petroff spends over 70 hours participating in continuing education courses and presenting to her peers at local events.

Now, more than ever, we want to reassure you that we never compromise when it comes to your oral and overall health. Were doing everything we possibly can to make sure you and your family feel safe, comfortable, and protected when you come to our family dental office in Broadview Heights.
When you arrive at the office for your treatment, we ask that you please wait in your car and call us to let us know youre in the parking lot. One of our dental team members will escort you from your car into the office. From there, youll have your temperature checked and complete another pre-screening set of health questions. We also ask that you sign a consent form.
Dr. Petroff is having a new suction system installed to reduce aerosols being released into the air. Youll be happy to know shes already ahead of the curve, with the use of her Solea Laser. This advanced dental tool creates much less aerosol particles than a traditional dentists handpiece.
When a procedure is complete, anything thats disposable will be removed, and every single surface will be wiped down twice before each room is sprayed with a special disinfectant. As always, our instruments are placed in an ultrasonic cleaner followed by the autoclave for efficient sterilization. Youll see that our clinical team will be wearing new masks, face shields, protective gowns, and caps during your treatment. Our office administrator will also be wearing a mask and face shield.
As things continue to change, these regulations may have to be updated. Please know that no matter what, our entire team at our dental office in Broadview Heights will be providing professional, personal, high-quality care to you and your family.

I am a new patient of Dr. Petroff as of today, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice of dentist. I moved a few years ago and wanted a dentist closer to my current home, and after sifting through Google reviews, I landed on Dr. Petroff. There's a reason everyone raves about this practice--it truly is the best. I have never felt more welcome, more safe, more attended to, or had a more complete and successful visit at a dentist in all my life, without exception! Proper Covid protocols were followed to a "T," and everyone was really friendly, knowledgeable, and completely available in case I had any questions or concerns. Rochelle was incredible, and Dr. Petroff is every bit as amazing as everyone on Google says. I will never leave this practice, and will be encouraging everyone I know to switch. Who knew going to the dentist could be such an incredible experience?! Thank you to all for your warmth, knowledge, professionalism, attention, and compassion--I appreciate you!

Dr. Petroff has been our family dentist for over 14 years. As a medical provider, Dr. Petroff has a comforting chair-side manor while explaining at the right level the care delivered; Our children, my wife, all feel that we are getting the absolute best dental care available. Dr. Petroff has really changed my life! When i came to Broadview Heights in 2005, i had been through a series of bad dentists and my teeth were in bad shape. In addition i was caring for my elderly Mom and she needed work done. Dr.Petroff sat down with me after my first exam and give me the bad news. There were so many problems she had to correct, i just sat there in shock, tears in my eyes. Dr. Petroff took my hand and said "We will work through this together, one thing at a time, and i promise you everything will be OK." She was right! We did work through it together and today everything has been fixed and i ALWAYS felt that Dr. Petroff was completely with me. She is not only an extremely fantastic dentist (she has all the latest technology and she continues to learn new techniques so her patients have the best!), she is the kind of person you would choose for a friend; honest, kind, she tells it like it is but she also tells you she will hold your hand along the way. Her personality extends to her office staff. She has chosen THE best women for every position. She then treats them with the respect they deserve. An example: when i first started going to see her, i noticed she when her dental assistant handed her an instrument, she thanked them! I could say wo derful things about every staff member! They are all kind, trained well, wonderful women! But special mention must be made for Denise, the Office Manager. She works hard to solve every scheduling problem, and any financial issue. She makes you feel you are the most important person who walks in the door! And then there is Georgi, the Dental Hygenist...she is amazing! She is the best trained, kindest, most compassionate hygenist Ive ever met! Dr. Petroff makes sure every person on her staff is trained as well as they can be. She works with everyone to make sure they have the time they need to take courses to better themselves which of course is the best thing for her patients. I treasure the friendship we have established over the years I have been her patient. She is truly "there" for every patient, no matter what! I could say much more but this review is starting to look like a novel! Sufice to say, if you want the best dentist, the best staff, the best possible outcome for your teeth, then you must make an appointment with Dr Petroff! Denise will be happy to help you and you will feel like you have been with friends when you leave the office, a smile on your face and beautiful teeth!

I love my dentist and her fabulous staff! Incredibly enough I always look forward to my appointment because they do such a wonderful and professional job of taking care of me and my chompers all the while being fun, approachable and willing to answer any questions I might have. I could not recommend them more highly! Heather and crew are absolutely awesome!
