My family has been going to Heath Family Dentistry since he opened in North Topeka. We recently changed insurance companies but they never stated they were non-contracting with that company. I even asked if everything was covered at our first visit with our new insurance and was assured that it was. When I contacted billing and spoke to Phyllis about the outrageous charges she snapped at me feeling I was being rude, which I was not, and then she hung up on me. Not only do they try to continually up charge you for unnecessary work, they are rude and hang up on their customers. We will never step foot in that office again.

Since Dr Heath took over he has lost a lot of business and a lot of employees. He's arrogant, selfish and greedy. He doesn't care about his patients only pretends to. Dr Heath is also making me pay for services I never received. When asking him to subtract the dollar amount or give me what is owed he refused. He left my mother with a half done root canal after saying she could make payments then changed his mind. (She's on fixed income) I do NOT recommend anyone go there.

Leslie S is quite mistaken in her review!! I have been going to Dr Heath since 2005. He IS caring, he IS generous, he IS qualified and capable in his skills as a Dentist. I HIGHLY recommend anyone go to him. He has done so much for me! He IS the best!

Great dentist! They do great work, very competent and very kind. I've been to many dentists over the years and they rank at the very top. I don't know what happened to their reviews but they had hundreds of positive reviews on google and now they are all gone.

Great staff and always helpful. I've never had a bad experience and they are so good with kids. My daughter actually enjoys going to see the dentist

I have been looking for a dentist office for the entire family and I found the perfect place. My 6 year old received fillings and left the office with no tears and no fear. I am so impressed with the care they provide. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

I called this office this morning with an emergency dental problem. The woman on the phone was very kind and fit me in immediately. Once I got there the front office staff and thet dental assistant were super friendly and accommodating. The dentist was by far and away the most patient dentist I've had. He stopped every time I expressed discomfort and made sure that I was comfortable. They were upfront about costs and offered me several options for treatment. Although I had gone in for the sole purpose of getting emergency treatment, I've definitely found my regular dentist. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a horrible experience here with staff behavior and treatment, and know a close friend who experienced a nightmare extraction. It literally took them 6 hours to finish, and another dentist said he would require surgery to repair the damage. The experience was sickening

I had a bad experience with Dr. Heath. He pulled a tooth that had gone bad and while he was doing that he broke the root on the tooth in front of it. Then I had to have that tooth pulled also because I couldn't bite down on the tooth with the broken root because of pain. He told me that he would take care of it at little or no cost. I wanted to have implants put in for the two teeth that had been pulled. I waited a year and three months and during that time was told that he was waiting on a device to implant the teeth.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Heath. He is very patient and kind. He will walk you thru every step and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming.
