Dr. William Heath has been practicing dentistry for more than 30 years. A graduate of Brigham Young University and University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Bill annually invests a minimum of 50 of hours annually in continuing dental education through his membership in the prestigious Spear Dental Faculty Club. Dr. Heath is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
A lifelong resident of Lompoc and Santa Barbara County, Dr. Bill serves a number of patients who have known him for decades. Committed to the health and vibrancy of the community at large, Dr. Bill has served as a youth sports coach, in his churchs leadership and as amember of the Lompoc School Board. In his free time, Dr. Bill enjoys hiking, golf, time with his family, baking pies and brewing homemade root beer.

Alisa has been working chairside as an R.D.A. to Dr. Bill for over 15 years, she has been in the dental field since 1999. She enjoys seeing the many advancements over the years and how Dr. Bill keeps up with technology. When shes not at work, you can find her and her husband cheering on their daughters at a soccer match.
Janet has been in dentistry, and assisting Dr. Bill for 29 years. She loves helping patients maintain and achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. In her spare time she enjoys the central coast beaches and spending time with her daughters and granddaughter.
Michele has been working front office for Dr. Bill for the past 12 years. She is a native of Lompoc, enjoys serving her community, and loves the family feel this practice offers. In her spare moments Michele enjoys spending time with her family her 14-year-old twins and 17-year-old keep her busy! Her weekends are spent enjoying watching her kids play sports, shopping and camping.
At Heath Dental Group, I enjoy caring for and connecting with patients, and working hard with an awesome team! I also enjoy hiking around the beautiful central coast, family time and playing with my dogs Reggie and Millie.
Lynsey was born and raised in Minnesota, and now resides in Vandenberg AFB with her husband and their dog. She began her dental career by graduating the Dental Assisting program at Allan Hancock in 2021 where she quickly became passionate about dentistry. Lynsey aspires to continue her education within the field. When she is not in the office you can find her at the gym, walking her dog, or probably eating delicious foods.
As a dairy herdsman Joseph monitored herd health on a daily basis, then started in dental hygiene in 2003. I enjoy helping people improve and maintain their smiles. Its a big plus to work on the intake end vs the production and exhaust end.
Amazing: Dr. Heaths office is amazing. He sees me and my 3 children, including my ASD child. Everyone working in the office have always been so patient and caring with my children...
