Love, Dr Ramirez's work. Her patients and attention to detail with my kids. The Dental team in general is great! The waiting time to get into the dental clinic is definitely worth the wait.

Dr. Beckler took excellent care of me. Heartland Health Center Dentist facility is very clean. The receptionist up front when you walk in and the one for the dentist were very pleasant and helpful.

I've been trying to to schedule appointment to get in and the first time I called two months ago they told me I have to call between 8 AM and 8:30 AM to schedule appointment on Monday I've been there in the past but they said since I moved out of state and it's been a couple years so iI have to start over as a new patient I called between 8:00 and 830 from 8 AM to 820 it just rings and rings after 820 you get music and then it says you got 60 minutes to wait and I'm still trying to get in there

They portrayed humility. I felt that they genuinely cared about my dental health. They made me feel comfortable and a sense of relief. They were definitely professionals on every aspect of my visit.

Dr. Walpole was amazing! Highly recommend him he made the experience a good one and thats hard to say about a dentist. He was very kind and compassionate and took time to explain things!

One star is way to much!! I was refused at the door of this shabby dirty building for being "late" to my appointment which I was not. I was 15 mins early and was never told to even be early in the first place. I am sure you as a dentist office would have me in the chair right at my appointment time anyway come on!! I take this as a sign from God to stay clear!! Consider this your warning.

They don't deserve the one star I had to give them. I called set up my appointment they quoted me the price so I drove an hour to my appointment and check in an all of a sudden the price has more than doubled. I was supposed to go in for an emergency visit due to my wisdom teeth and they sent me away for another month.

Receptionists were very rude. We had questions and they were extremely rude and did not answer them. They acted like it was so inconvenient for us to be asking any questions or to even be there at all. Obviously customer service isn't their priority and making their patients feel comfortable isn't a priority either. Completely disgusted by the service of the two receptionists.
