I've always went here as a kid and young adult. They've always been great! I decided to take my 2 year old to get her first check up done and they were AMAZING with her!!!!!! I thought she would hate it but she enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you guys for being so awesome!!

They were okay I guess...very friendly...just had a different method than I am used to for filling cavities and two of those fillings came out. The fillings also left a couple of sharp places I cut my tongue on. They also shaved down or smoothed out the bottom of one of my two front teeth on top without asking me first. I won't be going back. My daughter won't either. She said it hurt to get the fillings put in compared to her old dentist and I agree.

I own a small family business and I know how hard is to make everyone happy.. Heartland went out of their way to make me comfortable and feel welcome. Everyone was courteous and very nice. Letting someone look into your mouth when you have some serious issues with your teeth can be very embarrassing They never ever made me feel that way.. Highly recommend it

Very unprofessional and did not care about patients comfort. My boyfriend has bad anxiety about dentists so I would hold his hand from time to time when he would get uncomfortable. One lady turned to her computer in the middle of doing his filling to type on the computer "omgggg what is she doing!?!" They also called his teeth a total train wreck right in front of us. My boyfriend complained about pain and they just said yeah we're hitting your nerve sorry and continued on. After we left he complained that they were very rough and did a lot of painful tugging on his cheeks and mouth.

Very friendly office. The staff are very knowledgeable and Dr Irwin has a very gentle hand and explains procedures before she starts. I've been to many different dentists and I'm very satisfied with this office and all personnel

Absolutely amazing service came in with a crown that popped off in and out in less than 2 hours the whole staff was great!!!

i went to this dentist for several years for cleaning, went in for cleaning and was told needed 2 old cavities needed refilled. while filling them the dentist kept leaving the room repeatedly. that was scary ! ( just had to have a root canal done by an endodontist on one of those Refills ). 6 months later went in for cleaning and the same dental hygentist kept getting up and leaving the room. said she had to go Help the dentist with something. i got up and left in the middle of a cleaning because she had been out of the room for more than 20 minutes in the middle of my cleaning. will never go back there !!

i went to this dentist for several years for cleaning, went in for cleaning and was told needed 2 old cavities needed refilled. while filling them the dentist kept leaving the room repeatedly. that was scary ! My experiences there are without a DOUBT the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist! Everyone is so nice and they really know what they're doing! I really felt "at home" I recommend this wonderful place to everyone! I won't go anywhere else from now on that's for sure! A+++

Don't recommend for peds. Didn't do X-rays so our kiddo had more cavities than we were able to know about and tend to quickly. The two fillings that they did complete after diagnosing cavities visually were not done well and one ended up turning in to an abscess and needing extracted and the other had to be crowned. We got several opinions after leaving this dentist and were so disappointed that we trusted their opinion and treatment plan for our kiddo.
