To help and serve as many people in need as possible. My favorite part of dentistry is the patient interaction. I want to be very involved in my community, not just as a dentist, but as a friend to my patients.
Dr. Phinney isan active member of the Missouri Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and American Association of Public Health Dentistry. She is committed to continuing education in order to remain knowledgeable with state-of-the-art technology, procedures, and materials in dentistry.
Dr. Phinney is a simple girl! She loves her family and friends. She has a dog named Louie, who is like her child. When she isn't practicing dentistry, Dr. Phinney enjoys running, swimming, hunting, fishing and participating in water sports.

I had a tooth extraction today. I was very pleased with the entire experience. We arrived early since we live over 30 minutes away, I was brought in early and they began my procedure. All were pleasant and professional. The extraction was not painful as my tooth was fully prepared with the necessary processes. I am very pleased with this office. Thank you guys.

My experience at Heartland Dental this morning was the most Pleasant experience I have had with Dentistry in at least several decades. The pleasantness of the staff, the helpfulness of the staff, and the professional competence of the staff was excellent.

I will not be returning to this practice. Because of their scheduling my appointment with the dentist ended up being two weeks after my cleaning but they already scheduled my next appointment so my August appointment was charged to me. Unacceptable so I will be transferring my records to another Dental office. Poor office management.

My only criticism was that I had to call several times leaving messages and it took a couple of days for you to get back. In spite of that, dentist and staff was very professional and thorough.

The staff creates a nonjudgmental, caring space where the client can relax durning the experience. I have never had a bad experience and I don't believe I will ever have one. The staff listens, never goes over your limitations and answered everything question. There finical dept is great about breaking all future appts down into manageable costs. No matter how small. They send you home with a paper break down of cost so you can plan accordingly. Overall, they treat you better than family. This will be my go to place from now on
