Dr Chao was a very thorough dentist who patiently explained to me what TMJ was & how she proposed for a conservative treatment. The dental staff Tabitha & Sylvia were the best, very efficient & pleasing. Excellent impression for a first visit. Thanks to you!!!

Got in quickly and Dr. Burch was wonderful as was his assistant. My first time getting a bridge and the fit and color are awesome. Highly recommend Hearthstone Dentistry.

I am not a person who enjoys the dentist. I explained this when I called to schedule my appointment and the staff surely took note of it. They made me feel ok with what they were doing, the thoroughly explained, verified my comfort, put on music I wanted to listen to, and talked to me the whole time keeping my mind busy. This is definitely my new dentist!

Can't believe that without even checking/cleanning a tooth the dentist just recommended a Crown, seriously, I went straight to another place where they cleaned first before even doing recommendations... this guy's just try to rob people, maybe this is the reason why you dont have a lot of peoplecoming in.

Dr. Burch and his staff are always helpful and prompt. I had to go in for an emergency because the cap of my tooth had come off from an older crown I had done in the past. Dr. Burch's team was able to schedule me in and get me all fixed.

I had a bit of a dental emergency and was happy to discover this dentist office less than a mile from my home. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Chau and Raela for the same day, and was able to get my issue fixed promptly - after having all of my questions answered to my satisfaction. This was the most painless experience I've had at the dentist when having something other than a routine cleaning done! I was quite impressed with both the level of service and courtesy shown. Dr. Chau and Raela work well together to keep a patient calm and at ease while they are working. I'll definitely be going back!

Great experience! Will recommend to everyone. They made all the kids, ages 14 to 7, feel welcome. Everyone working there was knowledgeable and just pleasant to talk to. The kids love Dr. Chau, Raya, and Myra.

Update: I called this morning at 10:15 to see if they had any openings and they told me to come on in at 11. I got there and was greeted warm and friendly as always, Raela took me straight back to get started. I was in pain and wanting an extraction on my top Molar, after the x-rays and scans Dr. Chau and Raela got started very quickly! I didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure, and hardly any right now. She extracted my Molar, and my Wisdom tooth. The energy I felt the whole time was great, I love the jams they play while they work also. I was out of the office by 12:00, those ladies are so efficient and friendly I'm so glad I had the same experience just as the first time I walked in the door. Thank you so much. Best dentist ever the Dental Assistant Raela was amazing, Dr. Chau was wonderful. I'm so happy to have found a great dentist that makes me feel comfortable, and welcomed. This is the only place I will go from today on. Thank you so much ladies !

This place is amazing!!! Dr.Chau is such a great dentist she takes the time to explain all the necessary information or procedures that will help you achieve the smile you have always wanted! She is fun, outgoing and filled with happiness and joy which makes her patients feel extremely safe and comfortable. She has the patience to do her job until her patient is happy with their procedure and willing to go above and beyond in an way she can. Her Dental assistant is also such and amazing person who makes you feel super comfortable and talks very highly about the doctor that she is working with which makes you feel like you have picked the right place to get dental work done. She is also very outgoing and kind and willing to also help you out in any way she can and answer any questions you may have. I 100% recommended Hearthstone Dentistry to everyone and their family!!!

Hearthstone Dentistry is reasonably priced and demonstrates excellence, both technically and personally. Added to that I find Heathstone to offer a warm courteous atmosphere the minute you enter their office. Give them a try - you will be very pleased you did.

Dr Birch is a phenomenal Dentist. The past year and a half my experience with Hearthstone Dentistry has been the best ever. They put in the effort to best solution and always try to save a tooth before pulling.

Amazing! From the first call to walking out the door and everything in between. My husband woke up this morning (the day before Thanksgiving mind you), In excruciating pain. He had a bad tooth that he had let go for far too long. Mainly because in our experience dentist's are very expensive and we do not have dental coverage. Needing to get in immediately and have emergency treatment same day, we were prepared to pay a pretty penny especially the day before a holiday when many businesses were shutting their doors at noon or not open at all (I called a few places). Then it dawned on me, right outside of our neighborhood (Hearthstone) was Hearthstone Dentistry. We didn't even need to leave our bubble! I called and the young lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and caring as I explained the pain my husband was in. We were able to get an appointment almost immediately and when we arrived we were greated by the most friendly faces and personalities I think I have ever encountered! Everyone joked and laughed and really put us both at ease! They made a unpleasant situation so so pleasant (For me atleast. I wasn't the patient....this time lol). Dr. Chau was so knowledgeable and explained the procedure that needed to be done and Raela had us all laughing! Both Dr. Chau and Raela are awesome at what they do! They truly found their calling. You can tell the whole office had a great realationship with eachother by how smoothly everything flows. True teamwork! My husband was even laughing (without laughing gas) while getting his procedure done. I was so impressed by not only Dr. Chau and Raela that when I went to settle our bill, I made an appointment for myself to get some things checked on that I've been putting off. Which brings me to my next praise. Raela was very knowledgeable on the pricing and made sure to tell us before starting something how much it would cost. There was no surprises when it was time to pay our bill and it was EXTREMELY affordable and within our budget! I definitely recommend regardless of insurance coverage or not! They also accept Care Credit which allows you to make 0% intrest payments for up to a year if needed. I've never looked forward to going to the dentist but I'm happy to see everyone again next week. A few hours after getting home Dr. Chau even called to check in on my husband, see how he was doing, ask if he had any questions or concerns. She truly cares! I have never had a Dr. Call in and check on me. Her compassion and consideration means more to us than she knows. I'm sorry for the long review but I just really wanted to paint a clear picture for anyone needing a dentist or thinking of switching offices. Go give them a try! You'll leave smiling! And I know how incredibly corny that sounds given that it's a dental office but no pun intended! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
