Dr. McMillon went on to complete the highly regarded University of Florida Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program in St. Petersburg, FL. This residency provided additional training and significant hands-on experience in all aspects of dentistry including sedation, implants, wisdom teeth extractions, root canals, gum surgery, bone grafting, and bite adjustments. This program is affiliated with two world-renowned dental institutions, the Dawson Academy and the Pankey Institute, through which Dr. McMillon has attended several seminars in comprehensive dentistry, dental aesthetics, and TMJ therapy.
She has attained Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, which requires the completion of 500 hours of PACE-approved continuing education as well as passing the rigorous AGD Fellowship examination. She has also achieved Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a member of both the Colorado and American Dental Associations.
Aspen is a Colorado native; however she recently moved back home after spending seven years in Jacksonville, NC where shebegan hercareer in dentistry. Aspenhasbeen a DANB certified assistant for 6 years and it has been the best job she'sever had! Hergoal with every patient is for them to have the most comfortable experience possible. Sheloves hiking, gardening, and enjoying Colorados many outdoor activities with her2 kids and husband.
Ashleigh was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and her father moved them to many locations throughout the US with the Air Force. Colorado was Ashleigh's favorite that felt like home, fulfilling her love of snow and the mountains. Ashleigh'sgoal is to have patients leave happy and smiling. This is the most rewarding part of her job. Ashleighs favorite past-time is watching movies, playing games, and enjoying music with her husband and 2 dogs!
